Osprey Point Rest

The apartment was wonderful with great amenities and beautiful views. The area beside the rental, however, appeared to be a scrap yard and could use some tidying up.

Beautiful view, friendly people, shared garden vegetables with us. Quiet! Quaint! Fully equipped with all the essentials for a nice, comfortable visit! Definitely wanna come back!

Osprey Point Rest was a perfect place for my wife and I while we visited Yellowstone. The bed was very comfortable and the views were excellent (big windows!). The only downside was that the back side of the property is adjacent to a car repair shop, but we didn't mind as we never heard any noise. It was a little unsightly, but it made no impact to our stay. Dorothy was very communicative and helpful and was an excellent host. We wished we had booked it for more nights and would absolutely stay here again!

Described as more lux than it is. Convenient to downtown and Yellowstone. Not an apartment and attached to a small ranch, the space is quite small but well stocked for one room. The river is not visible from the room and neighbors in midst of cleaning up a junkyard. Soft bed, decent bathroom, all was clean. No “patio”. Just too costly for what we got.

Two night stay ! It’s literally in a junkyard? The interior was nice, very small! For the cost of this place we could have stayed in a nice hotel down the street!!

Nice little place to stay about 7 miles from the North Entrance of Yellowstone Park. The bed was comfortable and the room was quaint. There is not a true kitchen, a mini refrigerator and a Portable Induction Cooktop. It is a wonderful base to go back to after exploring Yellowstone.

The apartment was exactly as described, very clean, nicely supplied with all the essentials, and very convenient to Yellowstone. It overlooks a highway, so while the views are nice there was more traffic noise than I expected, and there is what appears to be a mechanic shop to the rear of the property which is very cluttered with junk vehicles. Overall, we were very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

They thought of everything we might need. They were very accommodating. Lovely view out the windows, even had a yummy welcome gift & bear spray to borrow!! Felt very safe & tranquil setting.

A very comfortable, nice, clean studio. The muffins were incredible. We got to see wildlife right outside our door.

We enjoyed our stay at Osprey Point. The location is convenient to Gardiner, Paradise Valley, and Yellowstone, and the rental was clean, comfortable and has very thoughtful amenities like a cooler and bear spray to borrow and all the kitchen gadgets we needed. As other reviews have noted, one of the rental’s neighbors is a small scrap operation, but we didn't have any issues with noise or anything else from that. Also we enjoyed watching the elk and birds from the yard or the corner windows.

Clean, neat and easy to find apartment. We enjoyed our stay and the nearby hot springs of Yellowstone were a real treat. Easy drive to the Yellowstone entrance in Gardiner.

This little place is all we needed during our adventures in the northern region of Yellowstone and along the Beartooth Highway. It’s clean, well stocked, and the bed is very comfy. It was relaxing to sit and gaze at the sunset over the mountains after a busy day!

Everything is as explained and outlined in the write up. Only thing you don’t know until you get there is the neighbor directly behind the property owns a junk yard. Late night noises kept us awake sometimes. Overall the view out the front and in the side yard is beautiful. We saw a herd of elk while drinking our coffee outside. The sunsets are impeccable and the care and attention the property manager provided was great. Thank you for the personalized handwritten card and muffin for our anniversary.

This little place had a great location, was homey, and a fantastic view. It was perfect for my husband and I.

The property has a beautiful view and was very conveniently located for us. Wifi doesn't work too well. It is clean and well maintained.

We enjoyed the room and would stay again. Only complaint was the bed was a little softer than we prefer but to each is own. Everything else was perfect.

Nice room. Not fancy, but very comfortable. Nicely equipped. Property owner really makes it special and made sure we had all we needed. Made the extra effort to get us a bigger coffee maker and enough coffee to get started. Supplied coolers and bear spray.

Exactly as advertised and is a great choice for visiting Yellowstone. It is very cozy and provides great views when relaxing after a long day of exploring Yellowstone. Host communicates very well.
