Osprey Nest was a delightful and charming place to stay - quiet and near to everything! Craig is a wonderful host - thorough and thoughtful. Attention to detail in the apartment was notable. Very comfortable bed too! One half block away is a green space where we enjoyed walking and birding. Highly recommend!!!

Clean cozy comfortable quiet. I should say immaculate. It’s off the beaten path and the perfect location. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back.

The house is in a pleasant neighborhood. The host was welcoming, friendly and provided great tips on places to see and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable, the place was beautifully landscaped. We’ll definitely return to The Osprey’s Nest.

Great place to stay. Had everything we needed. Quiet, clean, and just a short drive away from the beach.

We were 5 miles or less from everything we wanted to do. Our host gave us some suggestions which were helpful. Craig was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day early because of an emergency in our family. I accidentally left some clothes hanging on the back of the bathroom door...hoping to get them back. If it's available we'll rent again next year for what's turning out to be our yearly visit to Cape May! The weather was beautiful😊

It was only three nights, but enough that I know that the next time I plan a visit to the Cape May area I will be looking ere first. Quiet, clean, easy to get to from beaches, shopping and dining, this one bedroom apartment has it all - including a helpful and easy going host. It's clean and stylish and quiet. There is easy parking and a dedicated space in front. Ten minutes to Cape May beaches and city center.

The property/apartment was well maintained, had beautiful landscaping and was welcoming both inside and out.

Host, Craig Needles, excelled on all categories. Unlike many VRBO rentals, Craig was readily available to assist me with any questions. Being a senior citizen traveling solo, I appreciated that.I had a wonderful week with lovely weather, easy access to great restaurants, Cape May outdoor mall, events PLUS cozy,clean, comfortable accommodations. Very clean, cozy, and conveniently located. It was within short driving distance of many great restaurants and other things we wanted to do. Host leaves very helpful notes to ensure your stay goes as smooth as possible. Highly recommend the Osprey nest!

Osprey Nest was in a quiet safe nook of a neighborhood within less than 10 min to the beach. Our host Craig was prompt in his response and very helpful with the door lock when we arrived!Highly recommend, very comfortable bed and great shower!

We have stayed here twice now...so that says something. Everything is as is represented in the listing. It is true there is not a real kitchen, but where else can you wash your dishes while showering??? The place is cozy and well-appointed. The price point is good relative to other Cape May properties as long as preparing meals in house is not a huge priority. Recommended for sure!

We enjoyed our stay at Osprey Nest. Only complaint…. the bed was a little high for two 80 year-olds! We did figure things out, though, and liked the location. It was quiet and peaceful, yet minutes from the places we wanted to visit.

Quiet and peaceful. It had everything I needed. Enjoyed the very comfy bed and relaxing shower. Convenient parking in front of the property and short drive to local sights and activities. Host, Craig, is great to communicate with.

We had trouble getting in but Craig responded promptly and figured out the issue (door access set for wrong date). He's really a delightful guy who can defuse a stressful situation well. The apartment was clean, cozy, comfortable, and well appointed with all the amenities. It was a pleasure to meet Craig and be there.

Great location for visiting all surrounding areas. Did not meet the owner in person but very nice on the phone. Unit felt smaller than the pictures showed and not as private as we were expecting. However, it had everything needed for our stay.

The accommodations were great, ideal location and we happen to have great weather as well. Our host was very glad to help us in anyway we needed, but was also respectful of our privacy. He knew an incredible amount about our location and shared his knowledge with us.

Easy check-in and great location

Tranquil perfection! You feel as if you are staying at a friend’s home. Craig is such a warm & welcoming host. He has thought of everything anyone could possibly want & need while staying here. There is a coffee & tea station & a little mini kitchen tucked away in a nook that has a toaster oven, microwave, mini fridge, plates, cups, wine, glasses, spoons, knives etc. There’s art & tons of interesting books in every little nook & cranny of the living room as well as board games. There are little cheat sheets & helpful hints along the way - how to turn on the shower & ceiling fans. Instructions on the beach passes. There is a folder that contains all types of helpful information regarding your stay in the home as well as what to do & best places to eat & shop in Cape May.The home is immaculate & clean. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand sanitizers, dish soap, room spray, pens (even an scissor which I needed) are provided. Fast Wi-Fi, fire extinguisher & a carbon monoxide detector included. The home was set at a perfect temperature & ceiling fans made it even better. The landscaping & lush plants are dreamy & make you feel like you are somewhere tropical. It is so peaceful yet only 10 min. to the beach, Washington St. shops, Cold Spring village, boat tours, trails. etcOne of our favorite moments was meeting his precious girls, Canela & Bella. Truly beautiful babies. I recommend staying here 100% & we will definitely stay here going forward on our trips to Cape May!

Very lovely, cozy space with lots of great details that make the stay even more comfortable. The location is near enough to the tourist things but also separate enough to be peaceful and quiet. Craig, our host, was extremely responsive and welcoming.

Craig was a wonderful host. His property is a clean and well maintained, secluded and peaceful retreat from the numerous beach areas. The beaches, stores, restaurants, and historical attractions are within 12-16 minutes of the Osprey Nest’s quiet neighborhood. This was the perfect place to return to at the end of a busy day. Would happily recommend.

The location was accurately described as 15 mins from downtown Cape May. The room was clean and was the perfect amount of space for 2 people popping in and out enjoying local activities.

A wonderful place to stay while attending the Cape May spring bird festival

Accommodation was clean, comfortable and very well equipped with whatever you might need.Door lock was a bit hard to negotiate, we needed a few attempts each time before it unlocked. But it eventually did.Owner was very responsive and helpful with great recommendations (including leaving printed info and overall stay instructions in the house).His own house is right next door so despite having the whole place for yourself, you share a wall - so whatever loud noise anyone makes, the other side can hear. The street is quiet and the street parking right in front of the house was always available and the location was good, 10-15 minutes to Cape May’s local shopping.Overall it was a nice stay and we had a very enjoyable long weekend!

The Osprey Nest was the perfect getaway for me and my husband. It had everything I care about: clean, extremely comfortable bed, decorated in good taste, and great location. Craig was truly a super host, welcoming and available if needed. He really knows the area, and since my interest was birding, Craig pointed me to all the best spots.
