One Bedroom Apartment within walking distance of English Harbour

Had a wonderful time at the property. Well-maintained, everything in good condition. Great view. Staff are super nice.

Energie has many things to love: Location, location, location is top of the list. English Harbour - if you like a very walkable area with many options for fun - is a place to go. Energie's elevated perch just above the main street entrance into the laid back hub of marinas, restaurants, bars and resorts simultaneously provides easy access to those venues and a beautiful view of Falmouth Harbour, the largest to the two harbors (the other being English Harbour). Our apartment - Sand - was well suited to plans for our use: Sleeping, morning coffee with simple breakfast and being very secure. In fact, the entire area is very secure and you'll meet nice people virtually any place you go. Sand was well outfitted for our needs and all functional elements (electrical, A/C and mechanical) were problem free. We did not avail ourselves of the popular studio/gym facility. Sound from the gym (banging weights?) was noticeable early in the AM, but not enough for us to complain. It was interesting to note that checking on a possible return to Sand during the 2023 holiday season (high season rates, too) the rate was discounted considerably from the rate we paid. The onsite manager told me this was due to the gym noise; I wish we could've benefited from that discount! Nonetheless, Energie would be a preferred choice for a future visit...unless you desire spending the majority of your time near St. John's or north side of the island. Travel time ~1 hr. each way...

There's not a lot, but plenty of things to do around this property. And, it's secluded and peaceful, and the views are amazing!! This is, definitely a place to rent for short, or long term purposes!! I am, definitely coming back!!

The property was perfect....immaculately clean, modern, quiet, excellent view of the harbour. Well equipped kitchen but a microwave would be useful. Close to gorgeous beaches, tourist sites and restaurants.

Garry and Shane are the most amazing hosts along with their team of employees who went above and beyond to fulfil our needs. The location is stunning and a stone throw away from everything. The views of the harbour are incredible. We are definitely coming back in the near future.

I cannot express enough how perfect this place is! Immaculate! We were working a few days there and had everything we needed. The location is superb - 5 mins walk down to the english harbour where there were plenty of restuarants to choose from, even despite everywhere on the island being so quiet due to the impact of the pandemic. The beach is only 15/20 mins walk away but a sweaty hilly walk! We reccomend getting a car but it certainly isn't needed when staying here I'd that isn't an option. Also loved having the smoothie and breakfast shack on the corner. Great outdoor space despite the mosquitoes haha. I'd really struggle to fault our stay. The only thing we would have liked extra was a microwave to reheat food during the times we has to work but that really isn't a necessity. So finally thanks Gary and the welcoming team at Energie for making the latter of our two weeks magical!
