Fabulous location and perfect for my family of 4. The only thing I would say is a small set of shelves right inside the front door would have been great as a “pantry”. There is literally no kitchen counter space. But that being said, we didn’t cook while we were there so the stove became the pantry. Will definitely stay again. Thanks for a wonderful place to call home for our vacation.

Needed a dishwasher and 1 more chair for the table. AC and TV worked beautifully. No issues at all. A little small for 5/6 people. Ok for 4

Great location, had all the necessary amenities. Boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs and coffee. Beds and pillows were very nice and we're particular.

I don't like to leave negative reviews because I know some things are out of the control of the host. However, this situation was different.Pros: The location was convenient and the walk to the ocean was easy. The view from the deck was nice and relaxing. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Cons: The home wasn't as clean as I would expect. The floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in a while. I dropped something on the floor in the bathroom and the floor under the sink cabinet had a layer of dust and the closet in my bedroom was the same. Parking is a nightmare. When someone parked in the next space over, you couldn't open the passenger side door because there is a raised concrete walkway for the units on the other side of the parking lot. When another guest parked over a little too far and their SUV was as long as the space, it was difficult to get out of the space. I had to inch back and forth to get out. Looking at the wall across the alley, I could tell I wasn't the only one who had trouble getting out of the parking space. I contacted the property to ask if there was another spot where I could park because of how the other guest was parked and how hard it was to get out of the space. After an hour, I got a text with a space number, no acknowledgement of my issue, just #### is open this weekend. I can usually overlook a lot of things when staying in a rental property but I was disappointed in the experience and I wouldn't stay here again.

Main concern was how dirty the floor was in the unit. Feet were black after five minutes of walking bare foot in the unit. Place seemed much smaller in person than expected. Other than that stay was ok.

Overall a wonderful stay at the beach for our family of 4. Great location and very walkable to main beach, restaurants and coffee shops! My only complaint was that when we arrived it was not cool. The air conditioning was not running and it was super hot and stuffy. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo right off the mission bay boardwalk. Had all the required utensils and appliances for a meal in. The only down fall no coffee, most of the VRBO’s we gave stayed at now offer it. So we left some for the next guests.

The location (on the water) was as promised and other than the couch, it was clean. (Couch needs to either be deeply cleaned or replaced.)

The location was amazing. Beautiful beach views, right along a delightful walking path that borrders the beach. Close to everything, and it even had parking. What a gem!

À gorgeous location to enjoy Mission Bay sunrise or 2 minutes to the ocean for sunsets. The view from the main living area and the deck include sail boats, kayaks, rowers, SUPS, water skiing, fishermen, catamarans, pelicans, gulls and great people watching. The hosts had very clear instructions delivered in a timely fashion to make our stay stress free. Hoping to return another time soon.

Wonderful units with plenty of room for your guest. Large parking garage for all units and usually 2 spaces for each unit (might be tight if you have a large car still). Plenty of pots and pans but may not be located where you think they should be so look around and put them in your preferred location.

Great views from the balcony. The place was cleaned and as described. We were able to park a Tesla Y and another vehicle on the assigned parking.

Property was nice and reasonably priced compared to other nearby locations. Beds were comfortable and property had plenty of room for the four of us to each have our own space.

The location of this property is great, which makes it even more disappointing that our experience was so unpleasant. My group and I were looking forward to a peaceful, relaxing stay—but instead, we dealt with constant, extremely loud construction noise from the property next door throughout our stay.I contacted the management company the first night, and they claimed it was city maintenance that would end by 5 p.m. on weekdays and wouldn’t continue into the weekend. That was false. When I spoke with the construction crew, they told me they were a private company, had been working on the project for over a month, were on a deadline, and would be working late and through the weekend—including Saturday.When I told the management company this and asked why I wasn’t informed of the noise before booking, they claimed they “had no way of knowing.” That’s hard to believe given the project had been ongoing for weeks. Adding to the frustration, the morning after our first night, I received a text saying their team found cigarette butts on the property—so they clearly check the area regularly. If they knew that, how didn’t they know about the construction?There was no real apology or compensation—just a 10% off offer they give for direct bookings anyway. I booked this place for its view of the bay description. We never got a chance to enjoy the patio to enjoy the view! I left stressed and disappointed. I won’t be staying at a Surfstyle-managed property again.

Not a quick response to our clogged showers but in the end the were fixed before we went to bed.

Beach easy!!! Enjoyed the walk and food options with in 7 minutes. Good grub. Good mission bay trail

Overall the place was just ok. The space was nice to be able to spread out and the location was great, right on the bay and within walking distance to some great breakfast places and bakeries. The whole place needs to be cleaned. It was extremely dusty throughout. The floors also need to be washed, walking around your feet got pretty dirty. The washer and dryer in unit didn't work, it seemed like it wasn't even hooked up to power. The fridge also leaked, as noted in other reviews. The cable didn't work, which was frustrating since there were a lot of sports on that we wanted to watch during our stay. Someone came out after we emailed about it but they weren't able to fix it either. Just an FYI, there were mirrors over the bathroom sinks and one in the living room. No full length mirrors though. I'm short and couldn't see below my chin. One nice aspect with it being managed by a bigger management company is that there aren't a list of rules to check out. Wouldn't stay there again

The location is outstanding. Walkable to beach, restaurants, boardwalk. Beds are very comfortable. View from patio is divine. Bathroom could benefit from having a privacy fan and better hair removal from shower. Beach chairs were sandy. Parking is tight and really depends upon situational awareness of other guests to optimize space.
