OLD TOWN LOFT OVERLOOKING OLD TOWN SQUARE! Walk to it ALL! BRAND NEW/BEST PRICED

Second time staying here. It is my favorite place to stay! Amazing location.

Right in the heart of Old Town with many favorite spots within a very short walk. The property is really perfect for visiting Fort Collins.

Very comfortable apartment on the Main Street in downtown. Quiet and very convenient for walking around. Only problem is the parking - can’t leave car overnight on street so we ended up having to move it several times and paid for overnight in a garage one night. There was a drip coffee maker in the room but no coffee so either bring your own or go downstairs to the (very tasty) coffee shop downstairs. Host was Welcoming to our senior dog, but going outside required hiking down 25 stairs, then a bit of a walk to find a place to go, then back up! She managed just fine and we were grateful she could travel with us.

Absolutely wonderful! Lovely place and in a fabulous location in Old Town. Would book again!

Location is amazing and the apartment is cute.

Wished we’d stayed here for more than one night! It was so cozy and comfortable for three of us. The beds/bedrooms were great - love the added touch of the noise machines to block outside noise although it wasn’t loud the night we stayed. The location is perfect. Be sure to checkout the coffee shop downstairs.

Amazing location! White noise machines for night time was great. Comfortable pillows and beds. Clean. Would stay again for sure!

Great location- clean- cozy

Only real negative was that we could not find soap and sponges to clean dishes which is a requirement for check out. Had to waste paper towels and hand soap to clean the dishes.

We have visited Ft. Collins many times and love the town. This was our first time staying in Old Town and the loft rental is perfect. Awesome location and Bobby (the host) is great. Can't go wrong here.

The rental unit was very nice, and very clean. Perfect location close to everything in Old Town! We did not find the street noise to be excessive at all. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. The only possible suggestion I might make to the owner is to provide more towels and washcloths, but that’s a minor thing that did not take away from our enjoyment of the property.

We had great time! The location was ideal as we were visiting our nephew. The check in and out was smooth. The simple instructions made it easy,to navigate entry, etc. One minor issue was how full to fill the trash compactor and where to take extra trash (if needed). We absolutely loved and will be back!!!!

We stayed one night. The place is clean and safe and well stocked. The location is amazing if you a looking for a good time going to bars and restaurants. Location literally cannot be better for this. However, as with any town and any dwelling where you have great access to the nightlife there are sacrifices. The noise is very loud from nightlife, cars, neighbors etc. If you want a great place to crash after staying out late and having fun this is for you. If you are sensitive to noise or you have not imbibed enough to sleep through the noise after a great night out then look elsewhere. Location is great and the place is cute but it is pretty much grand central station.

Beautiful

The loft is clean and nicely decorated. It's small but fine for 2-3 people. Great spot right in the heart of downtown FoCo. A little noisy at night on the weekend but that is to be expected if you're staying downtown in a college town.

Nice place, great location. It was noisy, especially when the train horn blowing in the middle of the night, nothing they can do about that.
