We had an amazing visit at Casa Fuego! It was a great location as we were there to visit our daughter at CofC. It was a quick 15 min walk to her dorm. It was also conveniently located near King’s St. There were plenty of nearby non-touristy restaurants. It was a very safe feeling neighborhood. I didn’t have any concerns walking our dog early in the morning or late at night. We definitely appreciated the good location. The place had plenty of space. It was very clean and well appointed. Kitchen was up to date. It was stocked with all the needed necessities and then some. The beds were comfy with just the right amount of pillows. We loved the outside porch. Spent lots of time out there reading and relaxing. Our dog enjoyed it as well. Only downside was the internet was a little spotty. It didn’t work well in the TV room. And Spring St was busier than we expected but it didn’t bother us too much. Overall wonderful accommodations. Definitely would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Charleston trip.

Its fine if you dont want to really stay in the house much and dont mind eating out for almost every meal as the kitchen is quite small with nearly zero pantry space. The pantry that is there is storing paint ant im not one to keep my food that close to xylene, dospersants and other paint compounds. One does t typically store their food next to paint thinner either. Theres very little room for clothing other than your suitcase as well. It is a fine location, particularly for night life but less so with small kids. Also they need black out curtains for the bedrooms...again kids trying to sleep and it'd help the ac bill as well. There was a giant cockrroach one morning so clean is questionable, most of the doors swing widely. The laundry will try to take your head off when loading the dryer. The front door also doesn't open all the way due to the floor lean in the home...its fine but not emaculate by any means...

The location was great and the property was spacious and well decorated. Communication from the property manager was also really good and they were very helpful when we had issues. Only knock is one of the beds had dirty sheets. They brought extra the next day which was nice so they were responsive but made for rough sleep one night. The WiFi was also spotty but again, they were very on top of fixing it so I give them props. Finally, our last night there we were woken up at 2 am by some rowdy dudes who were staying above us literally yelling on their was back from the bar and while hanging out in the balcony. That was super annoying! This of course isn’t property management’s fault but it did suck a lot. I suppose that could be attributed to just being in a bit of a party town and so close to the action.Despite those issues, it really was a lovely place. The location is super walkable and the property is beautiful. The property management also couldn’t have been more responsive so they deserve credit for that. Plus there’s onsite parking which is another big plus. Just want to be transparent.

Parking on site was great, location was great, we were able to walk to almost everything. The primary bedroom was beautiful!!! We did find an old granola bar in the couch cushions, and the bathroom walls appeared dirty. There is a big window in the shower which is fine, just the solution to cover it was another shower curtain. It did not give you a lot of room to shower without having the widow curtain sticking to you. Switching to a frosted widow covering would prevent that and give privacy while still getting light.

Clean 2 bedroom rental for a quick girls' weekend. There is a corner market, coffee shop, bagel shop, and rooftop bar all within walking distance. Quick Uber to downtown. Felt safe walking around.

Enjoyed out stay at this place, interesting neighborhood near many restaurants, etc. Places we wanted to visit were short drives away.On the downside, we could not connect to wifi with phones or tablets until we were given a dongle for a hotspot--it didn't function well either and would not connect part of the day.

The neighborhood and location overall are great. So convenient to restaurants, shops, and cool sight seeing stuff. Dealt with some issues that were handled quickly by the concierge staff. Would definitely return to stay, but maybe in a bigger unit next time.
