Oceanview Penthouse, Stylish & Walking to Beach

Pleasant and comfortable stay. Lots of amenities tucked away in this efficient studio. Amazing views and walkable to everything nearby. Loved the shower and skylights. Nice neighbors and quiet setting. Complementary wine and snacks. Would highly recommend!

The property had a great ocean view and was very homey with nice amenities. There are quite a few steps to reach the room, but once you get there its amazing. Very close to the harbor with lots of restaurants.

We liked the cleanliness and quiet at the property. The Keurig was difficult to use. Instructions would have been helpful. There were limited TV selections, and we couldn't login to our streaming apps. We had expected a larger area that would include a small living area, not just a bed.

Outdoors is beautiful with choices of seating with views and beautiful planting to enjoy. Indoors is lovely . Comfortable bed and bedding . Bathroom lovely . All decor to a very high standard !! Cute little place with a breathtaking view. Near a shopping area, restaurants and the beach. A bit of a walk, but still quite close. Would recommend if you just need a short stay near HMB.

My husband and I were looking forward to 48 hours away and I was not prepared for how perfect this adorable place was. The view was breath taking, the room was clean, bed comfortable, bathroom fully stocked, and to top it off we were able to bring our dogs with us! The host was even nice enough to close the gates so the pups could wonder around. Walking distance to our favorite local restaurants and breweries. Very close and short walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

The studio is in a great location and is centrally located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Pictures were accurate and the place was spotless; would definitely stay here again.

I loved this little place so much!!! I would definitely recommend this to a solo traveler or a couple! It was darling and the plants on the property were so amazingly beautiful! I wish I never had to leave! Bed was super comfy and the bathroom was super nice!Thank you for everything!Kimberly

Cute and quaint. Walkable to the harbor and overall nice area. Could hear noise downstairs so tried to be mindful of being the upstairs tenant.

Wonderful hosts, they made checking in and checking out the best, the view is spectacular, the datura tree on the way up the stairs is amazing and fragrant. Super clean, they even had a complimentary wine bottle, which is rare these days. It was lovely

Loved this cute little place!! It has all you need to feel comfortable and very clean. Im so glad there was a shower dispenser since i had forgotten my shampoo, body wash, smelled good too. Fabulously!! Great location and very quiet neighborhood and good parking spot-for the car. Contact with the owner was quick and she is very nice and was very quick to respond to my txt messages, which made feel extra comfortable staying there and safe!!! Property was very easy to get too and close to the beach also waking distance if you wanted too. We had a nice little romantic getaway for our anniversary!! And that place made it even more special!! The view from the balcony was nice as well. It does have a lot of steps but i didn't mind them since we were out and about touristing, lol- It had a beautifully beach decorations and well equipped with all the necessities for certain a great place to come back and visit and will refer my friends there. It’s nice quarters in a nice neighborhood, a peaceful setting in a quiet place. Had a very nice time. Wasn’t prepared for the amount of stairs tho.
