Stayed Nov 5, 2021Great stay in a convenient location. Quiet neighborhood close to shopping. I stayed here during a contract with the hospital. Easy walk if you don’t have car. My only complaint is the noise from other rentals above can make it quite loud. So if you are a light sleeper or working night shift like I do it can be difficult.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The property was exactly as described and pictured. The owner was very responsive to any communication or questions. I would stay here again and again. It is a convenient walk to the necessities as well as the bus route, which is very user friendly. I used the bus route to get all over town for a month. If you're willing to walk 25 or so minutes, you can get to the recreation center with an indoor pool, track, weight room, fitness classes, etc. A 5 minute walk up hill will get you to the Ranbird trail for some easy trail walking with but beautiful views.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I found the apartment to be excellent for my stay in Ketchikan. It was warm and inviting and the owner was very helpful. I would stay here again in the future.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This place was great. Wonderful location, easy to walk to town and a grocery store across the way. It was clean and had all the basic necessities. The owner was one of two who replied to many requests I made in Ketchikan and she was very kind and easy to work with. The view is incredible, I just wish the windows were bigger. I will book this place again.

Stayed Oct 17, 2015The location was great and the price excellent. Was in the process of making the move and this is the only place that We can find to live. The owners are really nice.
