Description

We are located 10 miles north of the busy downtown area, backing to the forest hillside. The large lot offers privacy and room if you have multiple vehicles or you can bring your boat! Just a 3 minute drive (12 minute walk) to Totem Bight State Park and beach access. We are located 5 miles from Knudson Cove Marina and the public boat launch.

The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment can accommodate a large group or family. You will have privacy and comfort in your own ground floor apartment with no stairs and a separate outside entrance.

There is a well-appointed, outfitted kitchen with staples and condiments stocked prior to your arrival. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, glass cooktop stove/oven, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, deep fryer, electric grill, plus more.

Two of the bedrooms have two twin beds that can convert to King beds upon request (prior to arrival). The master bedroom has one queen and one twin bed with private bathroom. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room.

A gas barbecue grill is provided on your own deck. There is also a separate burner and large pot for cooking crab or seafood outside and a chest freezer to keep your catch.

For your indoor entertainment there is a HDTV with Tivo,, full cable package with movie channels and Wifi.

There is a shared large capacity front load washer and dryer in the garage. Laundry products are provided.

We loved the place. Plently of space for our party, Everyone had their own bed & two bathrooms. Only 20 mins from downtown. It is tucked back off the road, a nice place to relax after a day of exploration. We have no complaints & would stay again if make it back. We had a car to move around the island on our own pace, this is also why we chose a place off the beaten path. Loved it, total recommend!

I was traveling with my spouse, sister, and brother-in-law and wanted a place where we could spread out. This three bedroom, two bath apartment was perfect. Amanda made sure that we had everything we needed and when we requested more water, she had it delivered right away. The place was clean, had everything we could want including a well stocked kitchen. It was easy to cook and serve the meals we had there. We enjoyed the use of the washer and dryer as we had been traveling elsewhere in Alaska prior to coming to Ketchikan. The dishwasher was also a welcome sight. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling with a large family group. It was quiet as it was set back from the road and surrounded by trees. Thanks Amanda, for a wonderful stay.

This rental is large, comfortable, well outfitted with everything you need in a vacation rental. Close to fantastic and beautiful beaches and only a 10 minute drive to town, we loved our quiet and warm 2-week stay. Extra convenient, full sized washer and dryer. Spacious enough to be totally “at home” while visiting over the holidays, the owner’s perfect touches and immediate assistance when we needed something was appreciated. Will stay again —highly recommended!!

We stayed four nights to attend a nearby family reunion, our first visit to Ketchikan. Clean and comfortable. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with dishes and cookware, and there were plenty of bath towels, etc. Great location for us. Thank you!
