Oceanside Apartment in the 'Heart of the Beach' Ground Level

Everything was good except the bedroom walls were thin and was woken up early morning hours from the other apartment having loud relations. Which the owner couldn't help.

Very nice place. We enjoyed the location in the middle of Wrightsville beach. Very cozy apartment!

We had a great time. The furniture in the photo has been changed and it is more spacious than the picture. There was a little bit of everything in town and within walking distance.

It was a wonderful place to stay. Just a few steps from the beach, rocking chairs on the porch, everything we needed in the kitchen. The only things that we struggled with were figuring out the thermostats and the dishwasher was very difficult to set and it didn’t drain. Otherwise, an exceptionally good experience

The place was very clean and at a great location. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t exactly what I had hoped for. It rained the entire time until I had to leave. Hopefully on my next visit the weather will cooperate

You really cannot beat this location. Everything you can need (including the beach!) is within a 5-minute walk. The apartment is comfortable and the AC works great. My husband and I stayed with our 6-month old son and had no issues!

The property was very nice, well equipped (kitchen extra equipped). Very quiet and relaxed building, at walking distance from the sea and from bars/restaurants.

Came to stay for the weekend at Wrightsville beach with my parents and kids. The location was definitely the best feature of this property. Only few steps to the beach and a few steps to the main street with shops and restaurants. Saving this location for the next time!

Great location with everything you could need just around the corner or within a 5-10 minute drive. The property manager has always been quick to respond to any questions. This is our favorite beach and place to stay for a family beach vacation and as a bonus we always go the week of my birthday. :)

We stayed Friday through Monday. The place is better than what the pictures show it. It's bright and had all that my teens and I needed to enjoy our short time together. Parking on the curb was enough for our two cars: a minivan and a honda Ridgeline. No worries. The location is wonderful, just to the pizzeria and the beach access, it was heaven for a couple of teenagers.

House was adorable, clean and well maintained. It met our needs and had a fantastic location for walking to dinner, watching the sunset/sunrise on the beach and getting coffee/breakfast. There were many beach shops to peruse. We would stay again and thank Clay for being a great host!

Great hosts that were available to answer any questions that came up! A couple of things that could’ve been a little better would be a more consistent WiFi connection and maybe ceiling fans. Not a deal breaker on either of those but kids who want to stream would not be happy. :)

I was in town for some family business and the property provided me the perfect getaway to relax after some tough days. My eldest daughter and I spent time walking on the beach and enjoying our return to Wrightsville Beach. The property was clean and well kept. We also enjoyed the surrounding area, including the restaurants and coffee shops. We would return!

This location couldn’t be better- it’s right by the beach, and walking to restaurants, coffee, and a little market! The owner was super responsive and helpful, and intentional with making sure you know to bring your own sheets and towels! Remember to bring your own shampoo and such as well!

We were there for UNCW graduation. This was a great location for walkable restaurants, and steps to the ocean. We plan to return next time we visit.!

This condo is in an excellent location. Very short walk to the beach and bars, restaurants, and shops. The place was clean and fully functional. Very pleased. Highly recommend.

No frills place, 1 block from beach and within a block of Trolley Stop, Vitos and Tower 7 in the heart of Wrightsville Beach. Extremely convenient for our short trip to the beach.

The location is a stones throw away from beach access. It was well cleaned and the property was larger than I was expecting. It's on a road with no public parking so you're getting less foot traffic too.Overall great experience.

Bed was not comfortable. I have back problems so I needed more support.

Fabulous beach access just a walk away. Cute older well maintained home, very clean, quick response from owner/manager. Just what we needed!

Steps to the beach, market, shops, coffee shop, ice cream, bars. Just enough space for our family with a well stocked kitchen. We stayed in the 3rd floor, 3 bedroom unit last year too. The host was available when we had questions. Don’t forget to bring your own towels and bed linens. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to return for another visit.

The accommodations were clean and centrally located and the best part it was close to the beach. The only problem was it was my first time renting from this platform and I did not received the checked in instructions until we arrived at the property. We did not packed any towels or bedding so we had to make a quick stop at Walmart. Other than that great property and location for a reasonable price.

We were having a new floor installed and needed something that was near the beach, affordable, and near shopping/food options. This rental hit all three.

The property is an older well maintained and comfortably decorated accommodation. Weather forced us to stay inside more than we anticipated. We were cozy and comfortable in our temporary home away from home. The property has everything we needed and the location is great. Hope we can make it back someday for a longer stay and cooperating weather.

Close to downtown, plus within walking distance of a couple bars and restaurants. Less than 100 yards to the beach. The house was very clean i would love to rent it again!

Wonderful 2 bedroom apt super close to beach. We really appreciated a lower cost in exchange for bringing our linens and towels.

The property is convenient to beach and Mayfair area! A warm day made easy access to beach extra nice! Well-maintained and host accessible and accommodating! If could bring small dog, I would make it a regular get-away! A great find!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Yes you have to bring your own linens - bedding and towels - but the lack of cleaning fees more than makes up for it. The property was clean, well kept, and everything worked. It was quiet, the hvac is modern and quiet, the space, beds, and furniture were all clean and comfortable. We didn't end up cooking on this trip but the eat-in kitchen was serviceable. Parking was easy, parallel out front right next to the unit so you can load and unload really quickly. The location is AMAZING. You're steps from the beach with a public beach access only yards away. But there's no public parking on the street so you don't have to compete with the public for that access. You can walk to pizza by the slice, hot dogs, tacos, ice cream, fishing pier, boat docks, and just about anything available in Wrightsville Beach. Everyone in my family had a great time and we'll definitely keep this property in mind for future Wrightsville trips.

The apartment was very cute, clean and comfortable. The beach took 2 minutes to walk to it. Saw the sunrise on the beach. I will definitely be returning.

My husband and I spent a long weekend here, and the space was perfect for us! Clay and his family were great with communication and helping us during our stay! We will definitely be booking with them again in the future. Walking distance to all of the good restaurants, coffee shop, shopping, etc. We can’t wait until our next trip!

This property is situated on a great block just steps away from the beach! The property on the ground floor is cozy and comfortable! The property was clean and the communication was top notch! I appreciate the instructions prior to arriving (bring own linen and sheets) decrease this pesky cleaning fees-which is greatly appreciated! I recommend and would definitely re-book in future!

Great property location, but when we entered the property, there was a extreme pungent smell of mold. My husband is a certified indoor environmentalist and he knows a lot about mold and indoor problems.

The proximity to the beach was a real plus - able to take quick walks there to enjoy low tide in the evening and then to see the morning sky. Loved sitting on the front porch rocking chairs with our coffee and morning muffins. We're looking forward to coming back next year!

Easy on to Wrightsville beach and walk to the beach without crossing the street. Near everything, overall great place to stay.

Great location to walk out door, go right to the beach or left to food ice cream and stores. Everything you need is within walking distance. We were here over a hurricane Debby and still had a great time.
