Oceanic Apartment in the 'Heart' of Wrightsville Beach

Parking was easy and this was a great place for the weekend. Nice view off the porch. You could sit in the rockers there and take it all in. What more could you ask for!

Location is incredible. Yards away from the restaurants, bars, beach store and even a small grocery. Owner super close by and communication is prompt. One small issue with a loose board on the stairs was fixed immediately by the owner. Would rent again for sure.

Perfect location and fantastic accommodations for our stay at the beach! House was very clean, well-maintained and had everything we needed in the kitchen! Plenty of sleeping space, very comfortable beds! Host was very communicative! Will definitely return!

Only concern was getting information/email/text on how to enter the property. Once I contacted the host, he responded immediately and it was seamless. Also, timely response any time I reached out.

Loved it - place looks even bigger and better in person, the porch view and accessibility to the ocean and main shops/ eats on wrightsville was so nice. Easy and responsive communication for check-in and check-out. It really made the trip!

The location was wonderful. Less than a minute walk to a beautiful beach. View from the porch and living room were awesome. Great view of ocean and perfect location to catch sunrises. The place was very clean. Perfect home base for the beach, shopping and restaurants.

This was a great getaway for myself and my son. Beautiful sunrise and access to the beach and pier. My son did some fishing off the Johnnie Mercers fishing pier. Which was the highlight of the stay. Thank you for a memorable vacation.

The host was very communicative, instructions were clear, and the place was wonderful-unit and location!!!My only complaint is the lack of linens provided, but that was in the posting and the hosts made sure to reiterate that fact before we confirmed, so we came prepared.

Location is terrific. Short walk to beach (shorter than some beach front homes believe it or not). The layiut worked well for us and nice light in the living and dining rooms.

We had a wonderful stay here! It’s super close to the beach and the main strip of Wrightsville Beach. It was also still quiet at night even though it’s close to the bars. Clay was very communicative as well.

This property is definitely a gem! Perfect location, clean and cozy, just steps from the beach and surrounding restaurants. Very simple check-in and Clay was very nice and helpful. We only stayed one night but I absolutely intend on coming back for a few nights.

Great convenient location. Home was large enough and so close to beach. Brought my 86 yr old mom and she was able to get to beach and back to house fine. Nice to have laundry available downstairs. Owners were super nice and friendly and having a parking space in this busy beach town was perfect.

Everything was as advertised. You can't beat the convenience of the location and the amenities! Many things were walkable in addition to the beach.

Excellent stay. Super easy check in. Cute place. Amazing location, half a block to beach. You can see the ocean from the front porch, living room, and one of the bedrooms. You can see a bit of the sound from the other bedroom. Clay was responsive. Let us park early after previous guests left. House was just as described. One bathroom was tough with 5 females, but we knew that going into it - and to be expected with this craftsman beach apartment. Great stay! Will come again.

I recommend renew the bathroom it has to much demash in showers.

We have been coming to this location for years now. We first came to their studio apartment in 2015, and now come to the third floor every year. This is because the property is always clean and welcoming and is steps away from the beach. The living room and dining room are setup for comfort either for a quick break from the beach or to relax for the night. Beds are comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need to get a meal together. The location can't be beat - there are wonderful restaurants and spots within walking distance or a quick drive to the rest. Also provides amazing parking. Clay, who manages the property, is easy to get ahold of with any needs. Amazing stay, and we will be back.

We have stayed in several of the units here for the last ten years.. The top floor is our favorite. We have come solo and with family. Great location and the owners respond quickly to any questions and met our needs. They are a lovely family.Until next time, we give it a 10 out of 10.The Boschert’s

Loved the unit, location, views and surrounding area! It was perfect! There were 2 of us but a family of 4-6 could comfortably fit! I can't wait to go back!

Stayed for UNCW graduation weekend. Can’t beat the location. House was clean and in great condition. Will definitely stay here again.

Very clean, great location, and you can see the ocean from the balcony and from one of the couches inside. My husband loved all the sports channels and my daughter appreciated having her own room. We hope to return next year!

We came to wrightsville beach to visit UNC Wilmington. It was the perfect location. It was just as described. Would love to come back.

Great location right next to the beach and several businesses. Great for walking. House has everything you need for a family of 4 (or 5). Host was very responsive and helpful.

We needed a place to stay for the night before Thanksgiving and this was perfect. Great location, great view from the front porch & comfortable beds. With 3 teens hotels are a pain, this 3rd floor 3 bed apartment was great so we all had our own space. Plus the off street parking was ideal. Yes you have to bring your own bed sheets & towels or rent them but that was simple. The restaurants at the end of the block are great to grab a bite with in walking distance while still being back down the side road far enough for the neighborhood to be quiet.

Great location within walking distance to many restaurants and just a stones throw away from the beach. Plenty of spaces to sleep and a full kitchen and living room. Great porch to spend evenings listening to the beach.

One bathroom notvenough

Everything was wonderful and affordable! Loved the close distance to the beach and the balcony. Mattress could be a little more comfy.

3rd floor balcony gave us the most amazing view. Great space, great location, perfect size for family gathering. Well outfitted in a pleasing way.

Location was great and it was everything it said would be by the ocean and ocean view! Loved that!! They do not have linens which they informed us of but it’s another hassle to deal with when being on vacation and extra cost.

We always feel like we are at home at this place. Can’t wait to be back again next year!!

I feel like the listing undersold this place because the view, the location and the set up of the apartment was actually perfect! The apartment was clean with so many amenities provided and you really can’t beat the location. I would recommend this place to any and everyone!
