We enjoyed our stay at Ayelen’s place. Everything was there that we needed. The only thing that was annoying was the construction noise that was next door but that had nothing to do with Ayelen’s place. Loved sitting out on the balcony and we used Circuit to get around. It was a perfect week!

Studio condo on the beach with all the basics. Tiki bar near beach & beach property are the highlights. Location is great as you can walk to many restaurants. The unit is in need of some updating but clean & everything in working order. Condo is close to maintenance elevator which can be disruptive at night. View from small corner balcony is great yet privacy is limited as neighboring balcony is very close. There was excessive daytime noise from construction on building next door but this is obviously temporary.

Unit was clean and had everyting we needed. Ayelen the host was very accommodating and great with communicating with us about check in and answering any questions we had ! Would definitely stay again . The property was in a great location on the beach and had a great tiki bar!

The place was cozy, and I lloved 97the location and the amenities at the resort itself, including the tiki bar and the pool and being right on the beach. The unit could use a little updating and freshening up, but we enjoyed our stay and having the ocean view from the balcony.

A little rough inside, but was clean. Bed was very comfortable and had room to sit on the small balcony. Lots of pluses in the hotel itself. The tiki bar was warmed with heaters which helped as it was record lows the time we were there, unfortunately.

The studio was very nice and spatious. Full kitchen had everything including coffee for coffee machine. The bed was exccelent but the best thing was a balcony with ocean view. Winn-Dixie is 5 min walk away and amazing Greek Islands restaurant is 10 min walk. Very safe and walkable neighborhood. The host is very responsive and accomodating as well as the resort personnel. Also recommend salmon bagel at giorgio's bakery. Will definitely stay again!

The room was very clean and well kept. The host was easy to contact and helpful! Overall was a great stay and would come again.

Great corner unit. It was affordable with a great view of the water. We were able to cook our own meals all week.

Nice clean Condo

The condo is as promised. Well stocked clean, perfect for a couple.The staff was polite and helpful. The balcony view is better than expected for sunrise and the host was very responsive.

The apartment was very clean and updated. The location was perfect and the views were gorgeous. The only tiny negative for us, because we are light sleepers, was that the room is located right next to the elevator which was a little noisy. Thankfully we were able to use apps on our phone to drown out the noise and help us sleep

Location of the property was good. Right on the beach. The property and the building seem run down. The updates to the interior, like soft close drawers, are easy to overlook when all metal surfaces have some level of rust and the entire unit smells like cigarettes. The nightstands are way too short for the bed. There was an umbrella we thought we could use, but it was totally shredded. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and there was a nice sized tv. Overall, the unit and the property as a whole, look like they are poorly maintained.

My stay was amazing!...my wife n I enjoyed our 15th anniversary at this location and it was as advertised...and I love the fact that you really dont have to go anywhere outside of this property or a 1-2 mile radius to experience or purchase anything that u would need for a beach vacation...and our host was outstanding!....great times and will definitely look to book this location again in the future

The condo and the room was beautiful and right on the beach! We loved the Tiki bar, they had delicious food and drinks! It was convenient to be close to a Winn Dixie grocery store, souvenir shop and McDonalds all in walking distance. We would definitely stay again!

We loved our 4 night stay! The apartment was very well equipped, very clean, and had a great sea view from the balcony. We tried to extend our stay, but it was already booked!

This room was perfect for me and my husband, we enjoyed the everything about it. We utilized the kitchen for breakfast. The balcony was jus right the scenery was everything. It was nice and cleaned and had everything we needed inside to enjoy! We'll definitely come beck here. I didn't want to leave

Property was just as described. Very clean and extremely well supplied with a nice view. My husband and I stayed here with our teenage son for five days in April. The bed is SO comfortable. Even the pullout was pretty comfy. McDonald’s and Dunkin and beach supply store within very easy walking distance. The area is clean and upscale. Room is right beside a rarely-used elevator so it’s easy to get in and out. The resort is nice. More of a place for families with older children than young, I would say. Beach is lovely. You can rent chairs and umbrellas and towels from the hut near the tiki bar and they set them up for you. Price is affordable and you get a refund on the towels when you return them at the end of the stay. My son made friends and they spent time playing volleyball. Tiki bar is convenient for drinks and food but is a little pricey, of course. They will give you a bucket of ice to take on the beach if you want to purchase some beers or water and will refill it if you need more ice. The only detriment was that later in the evening the tiki bar got a little sketchy. We went down for some late night drinks and a snack and ended up taking it back to the room because it was uncomfortable for us to stay. The “we need to get out of here right now” type of uncomfortable. It was just unexpected and surprising since we had been having such a great time. Overall, the room is wonderful and perfect for a couple and in a great area convenient to everything.

The property had everything you need. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

We booked this property for an overnight stay after our cruise, particularly because it had advertised a washing machine. We had been on a cruise and the next day were heading to a resort, so we knew we would need to do a load of washing. The laundry is not in the apartment but a paid facility in the basement. The laundry requires you to pay 5 USD for a card with a nil balance and the minimum you can load is 10. So, for us, our 1 load of washing and drying cost us 26 AUD!! The host could at least provide a card for guests to use (or update the listing with these details). We did suggest this and were advised the laundry system had recently changed...but the signage and instructions in the laundry were old, so that was a disappointing response. The other disappointing factors were that the apartment does not have its own internet and it is hard to sleep due to noise. We contacted the host about the internet on arrival as the login details provided did not appear on the wifi list, and we were advised to use the free internet for the entire building. After a few hours of almost non existent access (between 1 and 2mps!) we contacted the host again and were given a password for another network, but still for the building (this was better, but top speed was 50mps and streaming TV was intermittent).The noise was an issue as there is a lift outside the front door, and no soundproofing. The room was perfect to eat some meals in and the balcony was great watching the sunrise, the ocean and drinking our coffee! Weather was a perfect week of sunshine and warm temps!

Besides that everything was great! Beach and tiki bar were very nice- really enjoyed both. Grocery store was only 2 blocks away and circuit rides are free. Host was very responsive to our needs. Would stay again

Good location, close to several different areas/ neighborhoods. Condo was clean and well stocked. A little tight if you are using the rollaway but overall, would recommend!

We were in town for the boat show and stayed two nights. The condo is very well equipped and beautifully decorated! There’s an excellent view of the beach and many places to eat and shop within walking distance. There’s a plaza with a Winn Dixie, Liquor Store and pizza place a 5 minute walk away. The staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful! I only have a couple gripes: The balcony is private, but the unit being on the corner means that if you are in the left corner of the balcony you can see into the balcony next door and vice versa. Small thing, but worth mentioning. Also, as others have said, the ac is pretty loud but we weren’t overly bothered by it. We had a great stay and were very pleased with the location!

The place was perfect for 2 people. All necessities needed were supplied, bath and beach towels, soaps, toilet paper, etc.. What we did buy (didn’t need to but wasn’t sure, including a beach chair), we left for the next visitors. Check in and out was amazing, they take care of everything! There were 2 beach chairs and an umbrella but they were quite rusty so I can understand those not being added with rental listing. Location was great, small coffee shop in the lobby was nice. There is a little boutique in the building but the lovely lady working would not let us browse around, she wants to shop for you, so we cannot review this part. We witnessed another couple attempting to look around who were pushed out as well but it did look like a cute boutique. The front desk attendants were very kind as well as valet. I would highly recommend this unit!
