Lovely, clean apartment with beautiful views from the balcony. Andrew was very attentive and easy to liaise with before and during the stay. Mercedes, the housekeeper was lovely.

I loved our week-long stay in this second-floor studio with a balcony view of the ocean. The host, Andrew, is responsive and attentive and his small staff was also very invested in making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The full kitchen makes it easy to prepare your own meals. The bed was comfortable. It was cleaned daily. The neighborhood is residential and any shopping or restaurants are at least a 10-minute drive, but Andrew offers to help with car rentals or taxis. For us, being off the beaten path was exactly what we wanted. I’d love to return and stay again.

My husband and I were greeted with such warmth and friendliness by Maria. We had a little car incident and Maria went over and above the score to help us. The place was comfortable and charming and just a few steps from a little private beach. I would recommend a car for getting around and exploring. Even her staff was as kind and charming as could be. I recommend this place highly!

The apartment was lovely. An incredible view of the Atlantic and the Caribbean.

Clean and stylish, and a very functional VRBO. Andrew was great, we were able to relax and get our bearings in Antigua. Sitting on the covered deck and looking out at the ocean was priceless. The welcoming beers and bottle of wine cleared our parched throats after a 24 hour day getting there!

My spouse and I spent a lovely week in this secluded studio overlooking the ocean. If privacy is on your list for Antigua, I’d highly recommend this property.

Andrew was a great host and met us upon arrival and was available to send us off early in the morning when we had to leave for a diving trip. Admittedly, we only stayed a few days and mostly spent only evening at the property, so we didn't get a chance to experience the beach. Overall though, everything was as described and Andrew was more than helpful with everything. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended!

This rental is on the same property as the owner and another rental. The other rental is close, when sitting on the deck, it is within 10-15 feet. There are trees on the property that make it feel secluded and it was quiet(for the most part). Behind the rental, there is another property that has a pool that we heard some noise from but it didn't last long and it wasn't late at night. Parking was tight but not unbearable. The view is a little obstructed by palm trees, but not a complaint. There was no lack of patio furniture options, sturdy table and 4 chairs, lounge chairs, and a wicker bench seat with wicker table. Private beach is a little walk but worth it. Cold A/C and apple TV. Owner was responsive to questions. I would stay here again.
