Oceanfront Studio - “also can’t get closer to the beach” View, comfy and clean!

We LOVED this space! Great balcony for watching the waves, easy to walk out on the beach - no roads to cross! This unit had everything we needed and extras as well! Great tv channels, Alexa provided music, and we were very comfortable! The owners were great with directions and suggestions!

Even though the owners were not there I felt so welcomed.There was a welcome bag on the kitchen counter with all sorts of snacks. a Keurig machine with many coffees, hot chocolates and teas to choose from, BOTTLES OF WATER in the refrigerator. The place was very clean, towels were soft and fluffy, the hosts were responsive if I had a question, and the view...SPECTACULAR! Jim and Sonya are the perfect hosts.

Great location and the apartment was perfect for us. Excellent communication from the host, lovely welcome package, well stocked kitchen and bathroom. All the small details taken care of. We will definitely stay there again if we are visiting the area!

The check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The property was very clean and safe. Our unit was very clean and well organized with anything that was needed. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Weather wasn’t great but still had a great view of the beach from inside the condo.

The place is everything it was marketed to be and more ! We can’t explain in full what the view, peace and proximity to the water gave us. We recommended it for a couple looking to get away and enjoy the water, just not when we plan to go back !

The view, easy accessibility, privacy, the little extra mile that Jim and Sonya did to make it feel even more special was so greatly appreciated. The most excellent hosts I’ve ever had. I plan to make this a yearly thing.

Great stay

Perfect place for a single person or couple to stay. Close to everything yet in a quiet area. The hosts thought of everything to make your stay wonderful. Recent kitchen and bath updates were a welcome touch. And the beachfront views were awesome! Would definitely stay again.

Very clean and well maintained property. The balcony overlooks the beach, ocean and pool. Everything you need for a beach vacation is there or within walking distance. Great restaurants nearby. Also caught a night rocket launch from Kennedy Space Center from the balcony!

Everything here was great! The hosts are excellent and go above and beyond. They think of everything and have everything easy to find and labeled. We usually stay in their other condo in the same building so this was our first time in 303 and it was fantastic!

This property was absolutely beautiful, with a stunning view of the ocean. It’s on the smaller side, but thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were excellent communicators and even left a thoughtful welcome gift, which was such a nice touch.

We had a wonderful time at the Oceanfront Studio . The condo had all the utensils that you would need on a vacation. The condo is very neat and clean .The kitchen had all appliances you need in a kitchen . The Wi-Fi was great too. The views were spectacular from the balcony . We love the Ormond Beach area and Oceanfront Studio !

Loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the Atlantic just a few steps away. Our amazing, very experienced hosts had thought of everything would need for a restful few days away.

Where do I start! This VRBO experience was our first and they set the bar very very high. They think about anything and everything you could need for your beach trip. They had boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs and more. Our favorite was the stateless sunshade! Make sure you over fill the bags with lots of sand as it definitely helped hold it in place better! The view is amazing and the owners are even more amazing. Our daughter had a spill with a drink and they quickly assured us that accidents happen and brought us fresh blankets and sheet ro replace the ones she had the spill on. We 1000% will be back to rent from these owners again!

Very clean property. Super easy check-in process, excellent communication with the hosts, perfect location. Hospitality and thoughtfulness was beyond anything we have received before when booking a vacation. We came for the Welcome to Rockville festival in Daytona but wanted to stay away from the crowd. We will definitely book this unit again given the opportunity.

Jim and Sonya are amazing hosts. Hubs and I came here last year and enjoyed it so much we wanted to bring our baby girl back with us. Jim and Sonya were as thoughtful to bring us sand toys for our girly to enjoy on the beach…and she did! They think of absolutely everything to make your stay as relaxing as possible! Tasteful studio with fantastic ocean view from the balcony. Kitchenette with everything you need. Easy parking and an elevator. The hosts are very thoughtful and easy to communicate with. Close to restaurants, stores and Publix.

it was a beautiful place absolutely loved the condo balcony was a plus sit on it for hours and enjoy the view of the ocean. The owners couldn’t have been any better or nicer than any enjoy the most wonderful time not we lost power, but the owners were so wonderful to bring a lantern over and it came back on during the night and then the next night we lost cable service and Internet service but thanks to my phone and my iPad. We had my hotspot and we watched it on my movie on my iPad.

Owners were very responsive. Enjoyed the easy, keyless check-in process. The unit was really nice and loved all the small details. They thought of everything that visitors may need and more. We loved spending time on the balcony, I would definitely recommend this special little place.

The property was very well maintained and had everything we needed. The view of the ocean was spectacular. The property manager was very easy to work with. I highly recommend this for those wishing to be in a nice place with a close view and sound of the ocean waves.

We have stayed at quite a few VRBO’s but none with hospitality that matched this stay! The host went above and beyond the usual complimentary shampoo and conditioner. We were treated with all the complimentary toiletries we could possibly need, snacks, and even a bottle of wine with our name on it! In addition to their top notch hospitality, the quaint and cozy condo was very clean and has a beautiful ocean front view! We saw dolphins playing in the surf both evenings and mornings. This stay could not have been more pleasant…and did I mention the view?! Absolutely stellar! Will definitely book again!
