Place was great exactly as advertised- host was also available and friendly.

This home never disappoints. We’ve stayed here since 2017, and it is our favorite little escape. Our stress level drops as soon as we see “the girls” (the Pam trees)! One word to describe this Vrbo, ahhhhhh. Thank you Andy!!!

We enjoyed out stay at Andrew's place. The place is very well located near our favorite beach Bahia Honda State park, dolphin research center, aquarium. and cable park. All are great to bring kids to. The place is clean and spacious for a family of 3 with a lot of storages. The private beach is quite and the palm tree provided great shade for us to cheer in the day time. It is great when we get tired driving around. We also got to take some awesome photos on the private beach. The mangrove tree bushes on the side and the ocean view are both great backgrounds for taking photos. There is this land and fish market right next door that we could walk to within 1 mins. They cook awesome food there and also sell fresh sea food as well as groceries. I went there a lot in the last few days.

Location location location ! Andrew our host was great also ! We love the Keys and return annually, will definitely be renting this place again.

Property was great

If you want a place that'll actually stay cool in the keys heat this is the spot!!! We've been too the keys often and stayed at many vacation properties and this one is the best temperature wise! I'd rather be comfortable! The seaweed and sandfleas are not for the weak!!!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The home was clean and well cared for. The furniture was comfortable and in good shape. Everything you needed for preparing meals, including some spices. (No storage containers for leftovers, so buy ziplocs if you're like us and always have leftovers.) The view was gorgeous. We saw so many birds at low tide picking through the sea grass for their meals. The kayaks were a definite bonus. The water was clear and shallow. Definitely bring some good water shoes if you're not a fan of walking through the sea grass to get out onto the water. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. Linens and towels were provided, along with access to a washer and dryer. The only challenge we had was extra noise - the air conditioners were noisy, and the road noise was there, but expected with where the house is. The neighboring house is very close. It is also a short term rental with lots of yard games and a couple of units. (Cornhole would be an awesome addition to this property) They were inside and quiet by 11, so it wasn't too bad. We used the fire pit one night and enjoyed it. The location was fantastic. Right in the middle of the keys, so a good spot to head out and explore from. Marathon is close and has everything you might need while in the keys. I would stay again!

This was the perfect vacation spot for my husband and I. Perfect sunrise & Sunsets about 49 minutes from Key West. A 10 minute drive to Sombrera beach. This was perfect to get a at from daily hustle and bustle and relax. Was perfect quiet get away just what we needed .

We loved our location as we were trying to find a place central to things we wanted to do. We went to Key West a couple of days. We also spent a day in Islamorada at Theater of the Seas. Andrew was easy to contact and very responsive to our questions. We stayed 7 nights and only saw our neighbors one night. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. We only were given 2 rolls of toilet paper for the week so it was close to running out but we made do. There could have been some soap for the bathroom to wash hands but we made do by just buying a bottle at the dollar store. We looked everywhere but didn't see a pizza cutter....other than that we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place and we are already thinking about coming back someday! We return to the property every year. Our grandson loves it and we do too. We will continue our tradition every year.

Amazing ocean front views. Sunrises spectacular right out the front door. Cleanest place we have been in. Andy was very quick to respond to our questions. Never have returned to the same place when visiting my son but I will definitely return to this place. Thank you Andy.

Was everything and more than expected

Love the basically private beach, proximity to downtown marathon and options for outdoor activities. There is really nothing neg to say. Thanks again andrew

Our second trip to Marathon. We stayed on the other side of the same property this trip. Beautiful place, very clean. Sunrises are a must see. Absolutely breathtaking and the view at this property couldn’t be better. Had a wonderful, peaceful trip. Can’t wait to go back and can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

Such a wonderful location and property. Great for exploring the keys. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Lovely folded towels at the start of our stay was a beautiful touch. Very quiet and plenty of lovely restaurants and attractions nearby. We would love to stay again! Thank you Wluld

Great location. Nice upgrades in kitchen and bathroom. Living room ac didn’t work correctly. It was reported but never fixed. The dining room fan and light didn’t work. Kitchen light went out on the 3rd day. The light socket on lamp by from door was falling apart. (Unsafe) The outside beach area was covered with trash. I spent about an hour picking broken glass and trash. It wasn’t the situation but we made the best of it and had and great time. We won’t go back.

Me and the wife absolutely loved our stay

First of all...the very first picture online is not the property. I'm not sure where it is but it is not this property. The property is right on the ocean and is a nice beach but does have lots of grass in the water. The bedroom picture, the picture with pelicans on the dock are also not this property. The owner is not very communicative. There was supposed to be an inspection while we were there and I left him a message about it. No answer from owner, no text or any kind of communication. The stairs and the wooden railing need to be updated. The stairs themselves are warped and the railing is loose so be careful. The AC in the living is not working the way it should but it did keep the room cool enough to be comfortable. Positive things are that the couches, table etc were awesome. The kitchen has everything that you need but it doesn't have a dishwasher. It didn't matter for the two of us but it might for others. It also has an icemaker in the refrigerator but it doesn't work so you have to break out ice cubes from trays and refill. The property was very clean but the outside was more scattered. We did have a good time. The property isn't perfect but it was comfortable and was a nice place to come home to at the end of a busy day of touristing in the Florida Keys!
