Loved being right by the pool.

Had such an amazing time. Very convenient location. Walk to the beach was super easy. Pool was clean. Condo was perfect! Will definitely recommend it to friends!

The room was poolside and it is so insulated that you never heard any noise from the pool. The location of property was great with ease of getting to everything.

Great place to stay and play! Loved opening patio door and walking out to salt water pool and so very close to beach! The bed was very comfortable. Parking was very easy, Communication with owner was the best! Had two units blowing air in bedroom and and living room. Will definitely book again.

Great beach and pool view. All the basic amenities are provided. Good access to St Augustine. However, I need to note that the laundry is not in the unit, but is a coin operated washer dryer for the whole floor.

Perfect location! Room has all the essentials. Loved the pool/ocean view. Fantastic sunrises! Owner was great with communication.

The location was perfect! It was poolside and beachfront and only a short walk to the beach. The property itself was a bit dated, but clean and well appointed with kitchen supplies and comfortable furniture. We had a restful stay, once we got the door lock figured out with the correct entry code. The owner was quick to get back with us when we contacted him. Overall, I would go back.

Everything was great EXCEPT all the stairs!!!

Just one note. The blow dryer does not work.

Wonderful beach front condo.

Great location, quiet spot, not fancy but great price, so no high expectations. If you had kids, you can't beat this spot with the pool right out the door. We loved our nightly beach walks. Had a lovely dinner at Commanders restaurant, not far from this condo. The only problem we had was the wifi was on then off, then on. I was working remote, so this was a problem for me. We finally figured out that the bedroom light switch had to be in the on position for it to work. We were turning the modem off via the light switch and were not aware. Once that was figured out, all was good. We would come back.

Me and my husband of 40 years stayed 3 days here at Beachers Lodge, very nice , only thing was it was a bit small, not too bad mainly the bathroom. The couch did have a bad odor to it, may need cleaned, other than that we would most likely stay again one day soon.

Ray was great through our whole trip. The property is older, but well maintained and QUIET. I love the fact that I walk out of the patio to the pool deck and can still see the beach. I'll be back!
