Our stay at this vrbo in Neptune Beach, Jacksonville was amazing! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and just steps from the beach.The location was peaceful, family-friendly, and perfect for relaxing. The host was responsive and made everything easy.We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Unit was as described in the listing. Short walk to the beach access, going up that small hill was quite the workout with our carts of stuff we had a great stay and saved a ton of money with being able to cook in the unit instead of eating out. We did find an awesome restaurant with great seafood it was called The Juicy Crab.

So close to the beach and stocked with everything you need!

The rental wasn’t bad. Spacious, stocked with what we needed kitchen and bath wise. The beds were extremely uncomfortable- a mattress topper would be a great addition. Having some chairs to sit outside would also be a nice addition-we had to go purchase some so we could be comfortable. We also had some issues with the water. There was no hot water in the half bath- the water pressure was pretty bad- I guess that’s normal near the beach though. Then the shower curtain rod fell and I had to hold it up so my mother could shower and I had to go without a shower. The host was super responsive though. Just a series of unfortunate events.

Property was great literally a walk to the beach my kids loved waking up and being able to walk outside with no shoes on and bass in the sun definitely will be visiting again

The pictures don’t do this apartment justice, it was extremely clean, smelled amazing and had more than enough necessities like towels, kitchen supplies, and blankets. The only downside is the beds are extremely firm but for the location and price it’s worth it

Suppose to travel with my husband and MIL but she got sick and couldn’t go, so just my husband and me. It’s a very short walk to the beach and all on ground level. Drew was very sweet and answered all my questions. The condo is smaller but when you aren’t there very much that’s okay. It gave a homie feel to it when we were there. It was very clean inside and outside.

All good close to Mayo. Only things to complain about are two that I don't know if there is anything could be done about. 1st. Upstairs was noisy, hard for my wife to relax in afternoon. 2nd I believe someone was smoking marijuana near air handlers, cause smell would come into unit.

This place is great for a family to just get away and relax and the host is absolutely amazing highly recommend

This definitelyba great place to stay! Located by so many things and also located close to the beach. The area was quite and the people around the area was welcoming. The host was amazing and quick to respond

This place was great! It's clean and has everything you needed to get started on your vacation, including coffee. Very close walk to the beach. It sit between the main rd and a side road which you can use either to get to the pier by car. The side rd was also great for letting our teenagers walk on. Another plus was Dollar general was across the street!

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breeze. The place was comfortable for 4 adults. Walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, etc. everything you need it right there. Check in was easy, I would stay here again.

Amazing location! Place is great for 2-4 adults. Extremely clean. Updated bathroom and kitchen. Highly recommend.

The condo was perfect for our weekend stay. One block from the beach, walkimg distance to many restaurants. Exactly as deacribed. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breeze. It was a perfect location 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block from the main drive up and down the coast to where we were going. There were a lot of amenities, like shampoo, washer pods, coffee pods, dish soap. The place was clean and the only challenge we had was upstairs noise that was disturbing in the late evening/night.

Stayed for a long weekend with my husband and 13 yr old. Plenty of room for us and we had everything we needed. Two blocks from the beach and one block from a great Asian Fusion restaurant. We'll definitely be back!

This is a great, little rental. Very nice inside and very clean. Great location and only minutes to the beach. The rental is on the first floor, so there is an upstairs apartment, and the occupants can be a little noisy especially at night. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was clean and comfortable. Great location. Close to many food and coffee choices. Very convenient. Response to any request or questions were quick. Great price and great stay.

We travelled to Jacksonville Beach for a few nights at the end of December. The place was even nicer than the pictures. The location was amazing. I would love to come back here and stay longer next time.
