Oasis on the River with Garage, Walk to Downtown

host was amazing and tentative. even helped us late at night with a noise complaint. the place was very nice and clean. i’d love to stay there again

Great place! The area rugs were all slippery and/or curled and could use backers to reduce slip/trip issues, but that's literally our only feedback for improvement. It was the perfect location (easy 10-15m walk or a 10 Lyft to everything around Broadway area), well appointed, very clean & comfortable. We absolutely loved the place and would definitely stay there again!

Our stay at this VRBO on the river was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described and very well prepared for guests. The home was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view of the river that made the entire stay feel peaceful and relaxing.One of the best parts of the trip was sitting outside in the evenings and watching the river flow by. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the quiet surroundings. The location was great—close enough to explore the area while still feeling private and scenic.The beds were comfortable, the space was well maintained, and it had everything we needed for a great stay. Overall, this VRBO was a fantastic place to stay, and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway by the river.

Nice VRBO, everything was great. Could use a pizza pan, otherwise equipped OK. One thing not mentioned the needs to be is the proximity to an active CSX railroad line that had probably 5 trains per day that were pretty loud.

What a great experience! The host was very welcoming and provided great information before, during and after our stay. The property was beautiful, roomy and comfortable. the location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do in Nashville downtown.

The property was just as described. Jen was great at checking in to make sure everything was ok and providing instructions on getting into the building. We had 5 adults staying for our trip and the property was perfect for our group.I would not hesitate to book this again.

Great stay. Amazing views of Cumberland River and the bridge. 15-20 minute walk from broadway and Printers alley! Also short walk to breweries nearby.

The Oasis was the perfect spot for our group of 6 girls for a birthday trip! We loved the aesthetics! It was a very close uber drive to broadway and the gulch! We also walked to german town which had cute shops and an amazing Italian bakery! Would highly recommend!

The property was well-maintained, comfortable, very clean, and within walking distance to several of the spots we wanted to visit. The property manager was very responsive. We had a wonderful girls trip!

The unit was very nice. We were there for a quick visit and the location was walking distance from Broadway. There is a relatively busy railroad track close by which we heard, but it wasn’t too distracting.

Condo was spotless and set up very nicely. We only had one issue with one of the beds being broken which made it difficult for my daughter and her husband to sleep on.

This condo was exactly as advertised. Super clean, comfy beds and the hostess was so kind.

Property is conveniently located a few blocks from Broadway and all of the honky-tonk downtown has to offer. Place is great. The double bed bedroom has one wall that doesn’t go all the way to the ceiling, which is shown in one of the pictures, but not mentioned. 10/10 would recommend.

First time in Nashville and the apartment was perfectly located for everything Nashville has to offer. Accurate listing, good communication with owners.

Our check in process was so smooth and prompt, even early since some of us had an earlier flight. The security was great. The overall space was clean and plenty for the 7 of us. Everything we could think of needing was available in the property. Loved it!

The property was clean and perfect for our adult group of friends. Ours was a short stay but the location was convenient. The simplicity of check in and check out was appreciated. The thermostat was complicated but manageable. Communication was positive and the unit was as described. No complaints here!

This was my first Vrbo experience. The owner was extremely responsive to all questions. We had a large girls family trip and had no complaints about our stay. The building felt safe & room was very cute. We walked during the day to downtown but at night chose to use Uber/taxi to get home due to the remote nature of the walk and homeless population that gathered at night.

We walked everywhere, so easy. Great, clean, welcoming home. And the bus for further away trips was also convenient. Host was amazing, all of her information was super helpful. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Loved this apartment on the river! Plenty of space, spotless and well stocked kitchen, comfy beds. Walkable to Broadway/other spots downtown. I saw other reviews about the train- yes it is there but we had no issue with noise all weekend.

Was a great setup for our family to stay with mulitple basthrooms and bedrooms. Good size kitchen to cook in. Good views of the river in main living space.

The kitchen is roomy, and the couches are perfect for lounging. You'll find soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the bathrooms—no need to pack those! Perfect spot for our squad of six.
