Northside Location in Charlevoix MI.

What a great place to stay — cozy accommodations, walkable to downtown/marina, quiet area and Lake Michigan beach access a quarter mile away. We would definitely stay here again!!

My husband and I were out for a Fall get-away, and this was the perfect cozy apartment for us! It was very clean, the rental price was right, and it was just the right size for 2 (or 3) people. It was very quick to get to downtown Charlevoix. We also enjoyed seeing deer in our backyard.

Cute place close to varied activities

We loved our stay here. The place was clean, bed was comfrorable, and it was within walking distance to the beach and town. We would stay here again!

In a well established, quiet neighborhood. Very close to downtown Charlevoix, though we chose to drive, plenty of parking downtown. Apartment is well appointed, clean with a very comfortable bed. There was nothing we were lacking. Check- in seamless, good communication with owner. First time using VRBO instead of a hotel, would do it again. Perfect for two seniors attending a wedding.

Loved this cute and conveniently located treetop hideaway! Great place with kitchenette and all the amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

This place worked out great for a friend and I who were in town for a wedding. The place is a short walk from downtown and nicer than a lot of hotels in the area

This is a very nice place to stay!

We had a nice few days in the garage studio apartment. The location worked well for our visit. It is about a mile walk into town. There aren't any streetlights for the last part of the walk, so be aware if you plan to return (by walking) after dark. The apartment is open plan; the bedroom area does not close off from the kitchenette or living area. The living area is roomy with a couple of couches and a small table. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. There were deer right outside our door.

The property was very clean and modern. The bed was so soft and comfortable and luxurious. The space was larger than it looks in the pictures. Great location, close to Petoskey and Fishermans Island State Park. Will definitely be staying here again!
