Cute apartment! Needed somewhere to stay for a few days during a home renovation & it was great to have a full kitchen & a safe place for my Mom to be while I handled things. The location is great, it was very quiet & private.

Perfect location, quiet and clean. Darci was beyond helpful when I locked my phone in the unit and forgot the door lock entry code. I appreciate the reasonable price too.

The space was adequate and had everything we needed. The location was spectacular- close to everything we wanted to do, and with a great view of the water from the front door.

I was extremely disappointed in this VRBO offering. The pictures of the outside landscaping looked so inviting and I couldn’t wait to sit in the yard and enjoy it. Once we arrived, it was instantly clear that this was a bait and switch. Upon doing some investigation, we found that the owner used pictures from a 2019 real estate listing and that no upkeep was done to the property since that time. Everything was overgrown, the houses needed a paint job and we almost couldn’t find the side driveway because it was so overgrown. Once inside the house the accommodations seemed to be adequate, with the exception that it was not fully clean. Cabinets had broken doors, burners on the stove were not cleaned, so a burning smell came off of them. There was also amenities that were listed that weren’t included, ie, onsite laundry.

My husband and I really enjoyed our time here. The little bungalow is really just perfect. The space was clean, laid out well, comfortable. It's just a walk into town where you can find wonderful coffee houses, restaurants and little shops. Tye reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the garden space off of the bedroom was completely overgrown and in disarray. No cafe table, weeds growing out of the birdbath. Not even remotely what was pictured. I was disappointed because the garden, as the first picture in the listing was what attracted me to the accomodation. It needs to be taken down because it's misrepresented. That being said, if I hadn't had the expectation that the garden was going to be part of the overall experience, I would have been perfectly happy! The price is right. The location is fabulous. I'd definitely encourage people to book this property. Just don't expect the garden to be what it looks like in the picture and you'll be happy here.

The apartment is located very close to our family and downtown Edmunds. Great location to get around easily.

Perfect for exploring Edmonds or surrounding area! We wanted to be close to our event rather than coming from home (north Sno Co). The size is great for 2 people. Lovely view and easy check in.

Rental was cozy and perfect for our quick get-away outside of Seattle. Instructions were clear and we were able to get in and out easily without having to contact the owners. Location was close to where we needed to be and a short walk down to the water to enjoy Saturday morning coffee and market that was being set up. Would recommend the rental.

Quiet and close to the grocery store!

Cute apartment close to downtown, shopping, and Kingston Ferry. I came for a conference and it was a nice quiet place to unwind at the end of the day.

Accessing the property was confusing and required the assistance of a neighbor.

Cute property with all needed amenities and great location. It’s an easy walk down to the water and ferries. Grocery stores and dining nearby. Bed was comfortable, also the check in was easy, with good communication from the host. The only drawbacks were slow WiFi and backyard was not as pictured. Would recommend staying here again.

This darling little one bedroom is in a perfect location! Just a few walking blocks from downtown Edmonds, and has gorgeous views of the sound! A great price for the location and amenities! We loved the selection of free beverages in the fridge, also! A great little hidden gem here!
