This property is located perfectly in a resort town. The view of the ocean and Table Mountain is stunning. The beach is literally across the street. Grocery stores are within a 15 minute walk. A mall with other grocery store and shops is a 8 minute uber ride. There are tons of reasonably priced restaurants in the beach town. There are restaurants within a three minute walk. Bottled water in the place is not necessary. A specific unique south african electric prong (not UK or European)with another voltage adapter is necessary which can be bought nearby at a grocery store or at the mall if you have something to be charged or used. This place has every kitchen amenity you could possibly need. Downtown cape town is a $10 to $15 uber ride. It is close and convenient to everything. The bedroom and bathroom are very good. The living room area is very good and spacious. As far as security, there is a 24 hour doorman/security outside and a security person in the lobby. The only caution is like other major african cities, there are rolling blackouts at various times and maybe rare in certain times. Ask any local about downloading an app which will tell when they occur. Bring a flashlight incase. Although, most nearby restaurants operate during a blackout. It is ok to leave the patio doors and bedroom windows open during the day for a constant breeze. A very wonderful, scenic beach vacation place. A wonderful value.

We had an amazing time at this unit! The views were amazing - the location was perfect. Close to many restaurants and activities. Great running and biking literally outside your door. Spectacular sunsets each day outside your window. Saw whales from our balcony and more kite surfers than you can count. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Robin was great to work with and had great communication. We will definitely stay here again when we return! Highly highly recommended

Fantastic views and well located for shopping mall, bars and restaurants. Owning my own rental property in Europe I can only rate the property on what I deliver. Maybe I’m a harsh critic! Security regarding key collection I felt was an issue. No ceiling fans as described. When you are out all day and especially during the high season fans are a must. A safe would be a bonus for peace of mind. No beach towels as per the advertisement. General maintenance to the patio windows would be good as I alone would not have been able to open them. Luckily for me my husband could although they were very stiff. This was our third visit to Cape Town and thoroughly enjoyed our stay however, I feel that with the above improvements this would have been a 5* review.

Fantastic view of Robben Island and Table mountain. Beautiful beach moments away. Good location for restaurants, bars and shops. Nice size apartment for 2 people-everything works. Really enjoyed our stay.!.
