Enjoy a carefree vacation in the Eifel with your family or friends. This beautiful vacation home is located just a stone's throw from the Kasselburg and not far from the popular town of Gerolstein.

The restored vacation property has a bedroom and a children's room on the first floor. In the entrance area there is a fireplace. On the second floor you will find the other bedrooms, bathroom, living room and spacious kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, also a Senseo coffee machine is available here (please bring your own pads). Next to the object is a lockable room where you can store bicycles. Here is also the washing machine and dryer.

Directly at the object is your garden, here you can enjoy the sun and relax. There is also a barbecue area.

The vacation home is located in the center of Pelm. You can visit the cities of Trier, Koblenz and Cochem on the Moselle from here. Directly from the apartment you can make beautiful walks. In Gerolstein there is a swimming pool, a climbing park and several restaurants.

The house has many rooms and provides you with everything you need. Still, it is a cosy place. The area is great for (mountain)biking. Contact with the owner was pleasant, very friendly and helpful. Won't hesitate to come back here.

We have stayed in this property for several weeks and have absolutely loved the accommodation and locatio, plus the hosts are really lovely and kind people with fast communication - perfect hosts. The acccommodation is clean, spacious and had everything we needed including a nice big kitchen, we could not ask for more. We loved all the nature walks that we could do around Pelm - there are so many beautiful walks and hiking trails. We also loved that Gerolstein is a 5-minute drive away and had everything we needed for groceries, shopping etc. We read a 1-star review on this accommodation complaining about the noise - we are so glad that we ignored it!!!! The noise is no different to any other house that is next to a road in a village. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone coming to the Vulkaneifel for work or holidays.
