Stayed May 2, 2025Clean, nice job on the recent remodel! Apt is very comfortable, bed was comfortable, kitchen was equipped with what you need and more. Bathroom had the normal amenities as well as q-tips and cosmetic squares. The Host was awesome, super responsive!! We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Feb 27, 2025We were thankful to find a place with propane heating and propane cooking, and it was especially nice to have such a good line of communication with the host.The downsides were: bad neighborhood, smelly sheets (detergent was quite smelly), and had to have a wifi router in the room with us rather than ethernet.Yet, overall, we were very thankful for the stay.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024Booked this location as it was fairly close to Ann Arbor, but more reasonably priced. While the outside of the building left somethings to be desired, the inside was updated, clean and cute. It was the perfect size for me and my daughter (I slept on the couch)

Stayed Nov 3, 2023The owner has done a lovely job of thoughtfully renovating the interior of this cozy apartment. It’s the perfect size for a couple. Wi-Fi worked great and we had plenty of accessible outlets. Parking is plentiful and check-in and check-out were very easy. We chose this apartment as a reasonable distance from Ann Arbor to visit our son. The location is very convenient to US-12 and I-94. We were initially concerned about being so close to Route 12, but the traffic was very quiet at night. It was a relatively quick drive into downtown Ypsi for dinner out.

Stayed Jul 23, 2023Really cute place for one or two people. Well stocked and clean. Very homey and comfortable. Owner was responsive when needed. We were given instructions and codes before we arrived. List of expectations at check out posted in a clear concise manner. Very easy access to freeway. Would highly recommend.
