Great apartment, close to the beach and the City of Arts and Sciences. Self check in, but helpful staff through WhatsApp. Everything exactly as on the pictures.

Good- just didn’t like the apartment complex or the neighbourhood. Apartment unit was good tho.

Enrique is a very good hast and acted to sort out the small problems we had.The apartment is accurately described and we mostly enjoyed our stay. However,the building which houses the apartment is in a pretty poor condition and I would describe it as being ,social housing'.We didn't feel threatened or anything like that but its just not very pleasent..The reception area is horrible (as is the lift).BUT,as soon as you're through the door of the apartment itself,its great!

The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed. Not very centrally located but close to several bus lines.

Enrique's apartment was very comfortable place for our family of 4. We enjoyed every minute of stay there. Apartment is placed in very pleasant neighbourhood verry close to Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias which is a great facility. I hope to book there again as we love the city and apartment was great place to discover it. Close to metro station. Plenty of cafeterias, great Mexican restaurant. Mercadona supermaket with all you may need next door to the apartment block. Enrique and Monica are very helpful and friendly - although we had no problems with our stay their attitude is guaranteeing me any issue would be resolved immediately.

this apartment is so well cared for and loved. everything inside is brand new and has been given much thought. the decor is warm and inviting. the hosts are so kind and helpful. you will love them! there are a lot of renovations being done on the outside, so don't be alarmed at how different the exterior is compared to the interior. (as mentioned by other guests). the subway is a 10 minute walk and the city of arts and sciences is a 10 minute walk the other direction. lots of restaurants are near and a fabulous grocery store is just under the apartment. we discovered UBER and were so happy! they pick you up right at the front of the apartment and take you to the city center for around 5 or 6 euros. after lots of walking, this was so great. one tip if staying in the colder months, bring warm clothes for inside. it was really cold inside. there is a space heater and an air conditioner unit that also is a heater, but it was hard for us to warm up. have fun in valencia!

The apartment is beautiful, everything needed for your stay is provided, all furnishings and equipment are brand new. Excellent wifi connection/speed. Do not be put off by the outside appearance, the apartment block is currently undergoing external renovations. You will not be disappointed with the apartment inside. Booking process and communication with Enrique was very good and the welcome from Monica on arrival was great. The apartment is located close to the Arts & Science area, with metro station nearby to get to the old town, would recommend metrobono card (10 journeys for 22euros, including to/from airport) for getting around, Many thanks to Enrique and Monica for a most enjoyable stay in Valencia.

Modern deco, very clean & perfectly situated for getting around Valencia. Enrique is lovely too! Supermarket next to it & we caught buses to the beach & old town. Fantastic central location, would defo stay again

Lovely apartment, looked just as in the pictures. Enrique was lovely and responded quickly if we needed him. The apartment is only a 10 mins walk to Turia Gardens/Arts & Sciences area so good location, there is a Supermarket in the shops below the apartment block so very handy. Lovely trip - Valencia is a beautiful old & new city.
