Newly renovated Apartment - 500 meters to City Center - Air conditioned

Easy access from train station & walking distance to most city attractions. Good communication with host. Well equipped apartment.

It was pretty good. The place is close to the city center and the owner is a very kind person. I enjoyed staying in Vienna.

Excellent apartment in a good and convenient neighborhood. Easy access to public transportation making it easy to travel around the city (e.g. only two stops to inner city). Cheap parking garage nearby. Communication with Mani (host) was smooth and cordial. We had a great time and would choose to stay here again! The only negative for us were the beds, which were a bit too hard for us.

Yes, however the pictures are misleading. There was no bottle of champagne as it shows in the pictures. Bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Very welcoming and helpful host. This apartment is perfect for couples, with a lovely bathroom huge living area and a very useful separate kitchen. Everything was very clean and functional. It is in easy walking distance to the city centre and has nice restaurants, a supermarket and a tram stop only 5 minutes walk away.

The host was kind enough to meet us at an assigned time when we opted not to use our phones in Europe. The place is nothing fancy but the location os wonderful for enjoying the old inner city of Vienna. We walked everywhere, even to the Danube, except for a drive out to Schönbrunn Palace. There is a very reasonable parking garage two blocks away ans weekend parking is free on the street. I highly recommend this spot.

Mani was a responsive, helpful and fine host. He provided practical and excellent suggestions when asked.The flat was well located, close to the cental train station, very clean and quiet. Furnishings were simple, modern, and in good working condition.

Very convenient neighborhood to explore Vienna. Apartment was set up to make good use of space. Any where beyond easy walking distance good be reached by mass transit available in several directions.

We loved our stay at the apartment. A great space that is very close to public transportation allowing access to anywhere in the city. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice 1 studio flat on 3rd floor. Well located 7 min walk to Mitte. Street trams close by. Clean, quiet with washer and dishwasher. Great communication. Great value stay in a hotspot. If you need washer pods or shower gel, a grocery is 4 min walk. Recommended

The apartment was immaculately clean. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The couch is different than in photos. The host was readily available and met us upon check in. In a quiet residential neighbourhood which was great, with groceries and restaurants nearby. 6 minute walk to trams and metro. About 25-35 minute walk to main sights in Vienna. We would stay there again and recommend it.

We stayed in the apartment for four days, and the location was very peaceful even though it was close to the centre of Vienna. The main room was spacious and perfect for what we wanted. We were grateful to have the air conditioning as it was hot during our stay. Mani was very helpful.

The property was as described, easy check in. Communication was great. Host was very responsive. Only downside was not being able to control the temperature. It was very hot 2 out of 3 days, and no way for us to get the room as cool as we wanted.
