Concerto - Large 5-room steps from Cathedral, 1st distric

Wonderful location, great flat with plenty or room. Bakery on ground floor one of the few legit bakeries in the first district: fabulous and one of the b st parts of our stay. Had a wonderful time but n.b. only one toilet, so if there are more than two or three of you some coordination is needed.

Our family of four (with two young children) loved staying at Christian’s apartment. First of all, the location is wonderful! The communication and check in process was great and super helpful! The apartment itself is extremely spacious! It’s a beautiful building! Lots of room to spread out! Beautiful original windows! The furnishings themselves could use some updating in the living room and dining room. The toilet room is very small but the shower is large and looks fairly new. We felt that the apartment itself, although it could use a bit of work, seemed like a pretty authentic Viennese apartment. There is an amazing restaurant and bakery right below! We would stay there again based on the location alone!

We stayed in this apartment for 3 days last week with our 3 children and couldn't have been more impressed by its' spaciousness and location! It was close to everything, in a wonderful part of town. We were a bit worried that without air conditioning, the apartment would get very hot, but even during the record breaking heat (37C/99F) with fans, the apartment stayed cool and was actually quite comfortable. There was a bit of street noise in the morning but nothing unexpected staying in the heart of a city. The beds were comfortable, the apartment had everything we could have needed during our stay and Christian and Olivera were amazing hosts and extremely helpful. We would absolutely recommend this apartment for a stay in Vienna!

5 ladies fitted in to this lovely elegant apartment in the centre of Vienna. We had a bed each which was comfortable and our rooms were spectacularly large and airy. The whole place was very clean and the kitchen, which we didn't use was very well equipped. Although there was only 1 toilet and bathroom, surprisingly it was sufficient, though the toilet space was small! The shower was excellent and we loved having dressing tables in the rooms. As it was so central we could walk everywhere and our host organised a taxi to and from the airport which shared between 5 was efficient and economical and so much easier with our baggage. Communication with our host was easy and he immediately had the coffee machine replaced as the one in the kitchen did not appear to work. Being central with restaurants and bar below, there was a bit of noise from the street below on the Friday night, but this did not bother us and it could be shut out by shutting the outer window and the inner window. We all slept very well! I would thoroughly recommend this apartment and cant wait to return. We loved our stay.

This flat is a special place and we recommend it. It is located in the heart of the old city, within a short distance to all of the locations visitors will want to see. It has a classic Viennese design, clean and comfortable, in a quiet building. The bakery on the ground floor was a daily visit for us. The owner communicated well and we appreciated his flexibility with our schedule changes after we made our reservations.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Vienna. We fit comfortably as a family of five. The rooms evoke old Europe and are very spacious. The immediate surroundings are happening yet quiet at night. Christian was so helpful. We had a later train out, so he let us store our luggage until we needed to leave.

We were a group of four mature adults in Vienna for a medical meeting. Concerto was ideally located and even more spacious and gracious than we had hoped for! The kitchen was equipped with everything a short-stay cook could require and everything was brand new. Bakery Grimm is downstairs in same building, fabulous grocery store Merkur is just blocks away, and Naschmarkt is a bit of a hike but there was a grocery cart in the apartment for our use. The washer/dryer was a godsend half way through an eight day stay--we could have packed much less than we did. Common living areas were large and comfortable for gatherings with friends. Beds were amazing! Just one bathroom with separate toilet area, so be sure you're traveling with folks you know well!

This apartment was fantastic! We were a group of four women, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The apartment was spacious and fully equipped for cooking (should you choose to do so). And it was very clean! Christian met us to let us in, and he explained all of the different features of the apartment. Additionally, he was available if we had any questions. But the best thing about this apartment is the location. It simply can't be beat. You are just steps from the Graben, which is a major pedestrian shopping area. There are tons of restaurants and shops. In addition, you can reach many of the major attractions quickly, and if you need to catch the metro, it is also very close.
