New Spacious 3 Bedroom Apt in the Heart of Philly

This was a great location for restaurants and historic site seeing. Newly renovated and was comfortable for family of 5. Owner was responsive.

Great location in a hip and fun entertainment district! Was everything we were looking for and more. We all had our own bed and there were two bathrooms for all us ladies to share. Highly recommend for a girls weekend or any getaway where fun and accessibility is key. Will be back again next year!!!

This was a wonderful stay in a perfect location. The apartment is well located to walk to dinner and we were lucky to also hit the flea market in the square. Great communication with our host who was welcoming and accommodating. Would highly recommend. Great bookstore right across the street and a game cafe in walking distance. Saw the chinese lantern festival as well.

Overall property was easy to get into. Property was a little to small for the furniture in the living room. Everything was just as the photos provided. Property contained what we needed in appliances.

The location was great with lots of shops, restaurants, morning and late-night food within a couple of blocks walking. There was a pretty strong scent of weed coming up from the hookah bar next door that was mildly annoying. The space was great for our family of 5. We didn't do any cooking ourselves, but the kitchen was well-equipped and bathrooms were nice.

The apartment is located near downtown attractions but the entrance and outside of the building is not as advertised. The entrance to the apartment building had trash in the floor before you even reached the front door. The owner sent me the wrong code and the neighbor let us in. It was very dark in the entrance hall, very dirty, trash in the floor, exposed wiring, etc. The front of the building has a for rent/for sale sign and looks abandoned. It does not look like the picture for the outside shown in the listing.

Good space & location for a small group or family. The apartment does have two sets of narrow steps so guests need to be able to navigate steps comfortably.

We had a wonderful time staying here, and it comfortably accommodated my whole family. The property was also within walking distance of numerous shops and restaurants. Iyad responded quickly to any questions I had and made us feel safe and welcomed. We would definitely book again. 10/10

This was a good location for walking to Olde City and historic sites which is what we wanted. The property was clean and had the space we needed for our family of 5. Beds were comfortable. Dishwasher was very small.

Honestly, we came in for 2 days, looking for something centrally located. We were pleased with the location. Perfect for the time we spent in the rental. Wish we had time for the farmers marketa r pleased with the locationcentracen

This location was perfect for us in walking distance to many restaurants and Lyft app rides were never more than 6 minutes away. The apartment was clean and nice. Would rent this again, thank you.
