Welcome to Superior Commons by Doorway Travel! This newly renovated and professionally decorated apartment is centrally located, just 4 mins to downtown and 5 mins to the shoreline! Relax and unwind on new KING memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms! Spacious kitchen, living and dining area with plenty of seating for family and friends. 43` Roku TVs in all bedrooms and 65` Roku TV in living area. Kitchen is fully stocked for meal preparation. Enjoy the coffee and tea bar! We are pet friendly!

The Quad on Superior is a recently remodeled property with four units. Each unit can be rented individually, or all four can be rented to sleep 26 people!

This unit is on the second floor and has three spacious bedrooms! One bedroom has an additional twin trundle bed with a removable base to sleep up to 2 additional people, for a total of 8 in the unit.

Roku TVs are available in each bedroom and living area. They are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services. White noise machines are available in each bedroom along with blackout shades to ensure a peaceful nights rest!

Bedroom 1 (master): King bed with new memory foam mattress. 43` Roku TV. Closet for storage. Attached full bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Makeup towels and a hair dryer are available.

Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen using Greenware pots & pans and silicone utensils. A starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and toilet paper are provided.

Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A 12 cup coffee maker and Keurig are available; we provide a starter set of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia.

Free laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the basement. For your convenience, laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked in the laundry room!

Guests will have access to the entirety of Unit C, along with the general shared hallway spaces in the rest of the building.

We are available for guests if needed! Guests will be provided a unique keycode for entry for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.

Located in a residential neighborhood, across the street from green space next to a commercial building. This building is very conveniently located for walking or driving. Superior Avenue does have regular traffic, so please keep that in mind if you are looking for a very quiet and out of the way location.

This building has only 2 shared parking spaces available off-street. Street parking is available in front of, and next to, building on a first come first serve basis. Street parking is shared with neighbors, so you may not be able to park directly in front of the building.

$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.

If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.

Credit card fees are non-refundable upon booking if reservation is cancelled by guest.

- No candles or open flames allowed in the home.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.
- Please be respectful of neighbors when using entrances and shared spaces such as hallway and laundry area. Music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm and before 8am.
- Property has exterior cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front, back, and sides of building, and front walkway area. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Tampering or disabling of wifi will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Rearranging furniture in the home that results in damages in the home or labor cost associated with returning furniture to its original location will be charged to the guest after check out.
- Please remove your shoes when in the home.
- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 per hour if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Trip insurance is recommended with your stay as the cancellation policy does not include covering for sickness or weather circumstances. Please see Airbnb`s strict cancellation policy for further details.
- We do not refund any credit card fees for reservations canceled by guest.

    The property is very safe and quiet. Also it is easy to get on the high way near by. The big grocery is in the walking distance away. There are a few good restaurants within 10 minutes drive. It is around 10 minutes away to 4 black wolf run and whisting straits golf courses.

    We had a wonderful experience at this property! The **location was perfect**—it made getting to all the attractions and places we wanted to see so easy and convenient. The **kitchen was a great bonus**, allowing us to prepare our own meals throughout the stay, which made things even more comfortable. The **Wi-Fi was a big hit with our teens**, keeping everyone happy and connected. Check-in and check-out were clearly explained and **incredibly smooth**, and the **communication from the host was phenomenal** from start to finish. Everything was just as described—no issues at all. We'd definitely stay here again!

    Very clean and spacious. The location was nice, close enough to pretty much anything you could need. Hosts were communicative sharing information prior to and during the stay. Check-in/check-out processes were simple.

    Very comfortable beds! Nicely appointed kitchen. Plenty of kitchen amenities for meal prep. Only negatives: dog barking from apartment on ground floor next to hallway. It was not constant but did wake the baby. Also, the stairs and hallway are REALLY dirty. Had to carry toddler up the stairs because it was too dirty to let him crawl up on his own. Great location to grocery store. Easy check-in and check out.

    Easy to find location with ample parking. Excellent communication with Nichole & Tyler. Clean, comfortable furniture.Having 2 bathrooms is a plus! Enjoyed cooking a home cooked meal - pans and dishes in great condition. Enjoyed watching a movie and played Scrabble another night. Would definately stay again when in the area!

    As others have noted, don't judge this book by its cover. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. My family (partner and three adult children) had plenty of space to rest, play, and gather for a celebratory meal. The beds are very comfortable, everything was very clean, and the location is in a quiet neighborhood yet conveniently located to get around to local attractions. Hosts were excellent communicators!

    Our stay in Sheboygan was perfect with this sweet retreat. Centrally located for us to visit our favorite places such as Johnson bakery, Freaktoyz, the beach, and the many parks in Sheboygan. It was great to come home to our place. We could have nice family dinner around the big dining table and play cards after. We also enjoyed our individual spaces for our place to nap or sleep. Kitchen was big to cook breakfast and have more than 1 cook in it. We will look for this sweet retreat again for our next visit!
