The Space:

This newly built coastalgetaway offers plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind.



The downstairs level features a private guest suite with a queen bed, pull-out sofa, coffee bar, and full bathroom. With no stairs required to access this space, it's ideal for guests who prefer single-level accommodations.



Upstairs, you'll find three spacious king bedrooms. The primary suite includes a private bathroom, while the other two king bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom.



Outside, enjoy your own private pool and fenced area, perfect for pets and outdoor fun. The large covered porch overlooks the pool and offers views of the beautiful Gulf waters.



As we prepare for our August opening, we're upgrading furnishings and adding thoughtful amenities to create an exceptional guest experience. Interior photos will be added as completion and staging progress.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home, private pool, fenced outdoor area, and all outdoor living spaces. A personalized access code will be provided prior to arrival for convenient self-check-in.

Located on beautiful St. George Island, this home is just one block from the beach with direct beach access nearby. Enjoy the island's laid-back atmosphere, pristine beaches, local restaurants, shops, fishing opportunities, and stunning sunsets.



Getting Around:

St. George Island is easy to explore by car, bicycle, golf cart, or on foot. The beach is only a short walk away, and many island attractions are conveniently nearby.
