One of the nicest and most affordable stays in the coastal area, and such a beautiful area! The property is perfectly situated between the beach and downtown, and the hosts were wonderful.

Nice quiet rental conveniently located near grocery stores, liquor store, restaurants. Nice size for one person and the owner was very responsive to my communications. I would stay there again.

Superior from start to finish. Wonderfully stocked kitchen, everything you would need in the bathroom. Cooler and beach chairs towels to borrow for the beach. Convenient location for groceries, restaurants, sightseeing. Excellent communications. We enjoyed our stay very very much.

Although the host was nice, we had quite a few issues. The cleaner didn’t finish cleaning the property until 4:45, so our check in was delayed. We waited outside while the cleaner was there trying to find bikes that weren’t rusted and worked (no tandem bike as listed btw). Finally got into the property and went to cook dinner on the first night and the oven and stove top completely broke. Contacted the host and she came to look at it the next day, after lots of communication back and forth and an electrician coming to look at it, the host replaced the oven on our third day (and brought us a different bike!). The host was super nice, but we had bought food that went to waste since we couldn’t cook (and had to spend extra to eat out) and we were a bit disappointed that we weren’t offered any compensation for the inconvenience and late check in. Overall, the place is perfect for two people and we still had a good stay!

House had everything we needed for our stay in Charleston. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was super convenient. Easy to get downtown and to the other sites. We used Charleston as a home base, so it was nice being able to get on the road quickly to have maximum time to explore. Lots of food options and grocery stores in the area. CudaCo is a must for fresh seafood and just down the road.

Perfect location for attending a friend's Folly Beach wedding and at a very reasonable price!

The host was very good to work with. The house was small but clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The washer and dryer were a nice plus.

Kit was a great host. Our stay coincided with the coldest temperatures in recent memory and also some snowfall. All issues were quickly addressed as soon as Kit was made aware of them. We were even offerred access to other properties.

Great rental in the perfect spot between the beach and downtown. Quiet, comfortable, and clean. It came stocked with essentials and I really didn’t need to bring anything.

Love the size and location of this property. It’s quiet and clean. Close to a great gym and convenient to downtown for fabulous Charleston night life. Go have some drinks for Happy Hour at The Belmont and catch a show at Forte Jazz Lounge on King Street. The owner/manager is great with communication and care of the property. Glad to get to stay there again!

Met our needs for our visit to the Charleston area. Clean, neat and fresh smelling. A little on the small side but adequate overall.

This little home was perfect for our three day stay in Charleston! We saw Folly beach and the naval museum and downtown Charleston!

All the amenities we needed/wanted in a comfortable, convenient accommodation. Easy and organized communications with the host, Kit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This cute duplex was a scant 10 minutes from the antique show we were attending in Charleston. We visited two restaurants in the area - both very good. Bed comfortable, large fridge, washer/dryer, two TVs.

This was a cute place and convenient- an Uber ride from Folly beach or downtown. Very clean except floors- appeared swept but not washed. Nice king bed! Had a washer & dryer!
