This newly renovated flat is located in the centre of Viareggio next to a canal. The flat is on the ground floor and has a beautiful L-shaped garden with gazebo and garden furniture. A parking space is assigned to the house, but this is not guaranteed. The location just a few metres from the sea is ideal for spending a holiday without having to use the car every day. The beach, shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The garden (south-west) is private and only available to guests.
Equipment: The furniture is new. The windows are equipped with shutters. Entrance area with cloakroom. The room is located on the ground floor. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining table with chairs and comfortable sofa corner. Access to the garden.
Bedroom with double bed (air conditioning) with access to the garden. Bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 further pull-out single beds with air conditioning.
