New Entire Guest Suite

There was only myself and very impressed with the cleanliness and extra amenities they supplied. Would certainly give it a 10 out of 10.

Missed opportunity, 3 adults booked but third bedding was missing. Awkward to find property.

The only part I didn't like was the hill to walk back to from the pier lol. Other than that the place was great.

Property was fine. Bed was very uncomfortable and had hair on the “clean” pillowcases. The bathroom towels weren’t useable so we air dried. Towels were stiff and appeared to be unwashed.

We liked being within walking distance to the ocean, shops and restaurants. Did not like the steep steps going down to the suite, the soiled tablecloth on the table and no dish cloth to wash dishes or wipe the countertops. Also it was a dark room and had to have the light on all the time.

Property was exactly as advertised, clean and all amenities were available. The walk to the beach could have been described as on a hill for people unfamiliar with White rock.

Was a fantastic stay! Close to marine drive, ammenities, peer and beach. Host was prompt to reply anytime I had a question, was plesant and polite. Bed was super comfortable and unit was spaceous, and had everything I needed. Was a delightful and amazing stay. Id recommend to anyone. Truly a gem.

Everything was as stated.Only improvement might be slight bit more attention to kitchen area cleaning.

Great location and new guest suite. Was quite disappointed by the cleanliness. The bathroom and kitchen didn’t look like they had been cleaned in quite a while. The kitchen wasn’t very stocked with dishes and only one additional role of toilet paper was provided. It was a nice location and suite but I wouldn’t stay again due to how dirty it was.

Well, the bed was not for me. That's my biggest gripe. We almost got locked out of the property as we were unaware the door self locks. And the property manager was un communcative after sending initial check in information. That being said, it was one of the cheaper listings aroind.

Very good overall. Missing hot tub though, which we were looking forward to.

Great lower level unit. Clean,well equipped Great location, walk to the pier and beach restaurants or uptown cafes. Well suited for couples!

Terrific property, close to West Beach, ample parking, good neighbours and great privacy. Hassel free, and good instructions how to access the property. Bed and pillows very comfortable. We were there on BC day so enjoyed the fireworks at 10:00 on Sunday evening, 4th Aug. We would definitely stay here again!!!

The designated parking stall is a huge + and an added convenience!

We were in White Rock for a surprise 75th bd…this property was 8 weeks from where the party was planned. It was clean, quiet and as shown on VRBO

Our adult family stayed here while attending a family event. We loved the location which was walking distance of local shops and the beach.

Having an assigned parking stall beside the property was FANTASTIC!

Owner/manager was disinterested in returning messages, except for the very late arriving instructions on how to enter. Anything you need, text me at xxxxxxx So I did. I texted that we had checked in and I was wondering where the hot tub was located. It was after all a top feature within the property description. It was not obvious where the hot tub was, so I texted as per the check-in instructions. No reply. Went into the app to message, same result, no reply. The place was nice, modern and convenient but be prepared to be on your own to figure out how to do things. And as far as the hot tub in the listing goes, I can only believe it was click bait to draw one into the rental. Value for the fee - overpriced and under delivered. Had potential, but I don't recommend this unit.
