Excellent experience. I stayed at Mark's VRBO for 39 days in January '26 as my home was being renovated due to a flood. His suite became a very comfortable home away from home. Whenever I needed something from Mark, his response was immediate, and always with a smile and a desire to help. He welcomed my two dogs and always greeted them as enthusiastically as they greeted him. Mark, you are the best VRBO host out there. Thank you.

It is a super location, a super flat, and really well cared for and well managed. Lovely picnic/lunch area… Mark is a considerate host. There is no kitchen, but that was of no concern to me. Good place to be.

It was the perfect location for a walk to the waterfront, and also close to relatives that live in South Surrey. The apartment was amazing and set up perfectly for us and our dog.

What a beautiful suite and very close to the water and other amenities.Mark, was the most gracious host ever and made you feel so welcome.When I go back I hope this gem will be available.

Mark was a wonderful host - it was a stressful week for us as our dog was in the icu in Vancouver hospital. He was so accommodating to us and having her at the property. Wonderful location and wonderful stay!

Clean, nice decor, welcoming, private, quiet..Loved the availability of bath robes, extra pillows, extra towels even bandaids...very thoughtful of all details.Two small details for improvement - tricky door and lock; wished there had been cream for coffee

Mark’s place is great! As advertised, in a great location and he pays close attention to the details. We had a bit of difficulty unlocking the door but figured it out by the end. Other than that perfect stay.

We had an incredible weekend at this nice little spot in White Rock. It's the first time we had the host came out to greet us when we arrived, and that was a sign of things to come. Everything at this property was great, the cleaniness, the small little things that matter like having filtered water to drink, and the things that even high end hotels miss the mark on. Well done, Marc... very well done.

Mark is an amazing host. From a unique and elegant decor to knowledge of the area. The most thoughtful touches were included, the towels were luxurious beautiful amenities and toiletries.Both my partner and myself agree that this was the cleanest we’ve stayed in In conclusion, we would both advise you to stay in this location for longer than we did.
