The apartment is equipped with the latest amenities: air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, a kettle, a dishwasher, and a basic supply of linens and toiletries.

The apartment is laid out as follows:

- spacious living area with a sofa and a kitchen with an island

NOTE: The two bedrooms near the living room (bedrooms 1 and 3) do not have air conditioning but can be cooled using the air conditioning in the living room area. Bedroom 2, on the other hand, has its own air conditioning unit.

The living area is spacious, featuring a modern design and high-quality finishes.

Each bedroom offers plenty of space to store your clothes and personal belongings!
If cooking is your passion, you’ll have everything you need to experiment with local recipes or prepare your favorite breakfast.

The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use.

Upon your arrival, you’ll find my home professionally cleaned, with fresh, fragrant linens and a basic supply of body wash and shampoo.

To ensure you have a pleasant stay, please note the following:

- Surcharge for check-in after 9:00 PM:

from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM - 30 euros
from 12:00 AM to 2:00 AM - 50 euros

- Additional cleaning and linen services are available for a fee and upon request.
