New Custom Suite Near Zion Park and Sand Hollow

Our stay was great! Mary was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Only 20 minutes to the park. Close proximity to a fabulous little coffee shop. The cottage was so cozy and clean. Very convenient to check in late and leave early. We only stayed two nights but would’ve been comfortable there for a week. Excellent host and stay located in a beautiful well-kept neighborhood. I felt as safe as I do it at my own home. Highly recommended!!! If we are ever anywhere near this property again, we will definitely book another stay, if it’s available.

The host was extremely accommodating with any requests. The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. My highlight was the power of the shower! Better than the showers at some high-end resorts!! I felt at home immediately and there were plenty of places to eat. I recommend the Main Street Cafe! Starbucks just down the road as well as a Walmart for anything left at home! Super convenient. Just 33 minutes away from Zion park too. If I get the chance to be out west again I will stay again if available!! 10 stars!

I had a great stay. The suite was very clean and everything looked new as described. The location was convenient for getting out to the main road, but was still very quiet and felt safe. Nice bathroom with great shower pressure, which was really nice after a long day of hiking. The host provided detailed instructions for checking in and out. I hope to return and stay here again!

This is a nice property that’s new and was well located. A bit more description of the amenities would be helpful. There is a mini fridge, small microwave, and single serve coffee pot stacked one on top of the other. A single chair and small desk. A foot stool at the end of the bed. There’s a nice wardrobe and night stand with drawers. The bathroom, especially the shower is nice. The room is decorated beautifully. The room size is on the smaller size and hard to move around in if you have a lot of stuff which is what we had. In addition to luggage, I had archery gear for a tournament to store. The drive is very steep and may be intimidating for some. Once parked my truck was very close to the building making it hard to get in and load from that side. There are path lights but for elderly people a bit more light would be nice. Communicating with the host was prompt and pleasant. All in all it’s a sweet place. Clean, compact and comfortable.

Clean and quiet. Good for two people. It was just what we needed, a place to finish our day and relax before heading out the next day.

Very nice cozy place. We use it as a base to do daily trips to various National parks in the area .

The host was so sweet and accomodating, letting us do a late night load of laundry after a long week road trip. The shower was divine and the room cozy.

Mary & Cody were great hosts and their cottage is absolutely perfect for anyone staying in the St. George/Hurricane/Zion area.

It was a perfect place to stay. Very cozy. The bed slept very comfortably and the shower was the best. Lots of water pressure which is great for sore muscles after hiking Angel’s Landing.

This property was a private suite adjacent to a beautiful house in a wonderful new neighborhood. The host was extremely gracious and communicative, and she offered to go the extra mile if needed. The main house and the Vrbo suite shared a backyard, and we often met out there to play with the owners' two fun-loving dogs! The suite was well-appointed and exactly as advertised in the listing. I visit the area annually and will definitely consider staying here again next year.

The room was very clean. The host communicates quickly and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We are happy to have stayed there.

The absolute cutest little place to stay. Has its own parking spot and entrance. It was super duper clean too, which as a germophobe, I really appreciated. It was just right for a two night stay while at a soccer tournament with my 7 year old. Loved it!!
