Stayed Oct 12, 2023The only place we stayed that didn't have a confusing missing item or weird design feature. The TV did not have amy streaming services, but good Italian channels. The living room was large and bright, and everything worked. It even has a dryer, which is unusual in Europe. The property manager wasn't very communicative, as I asked three times if a late checkout was possible, and they didn't respond. They do have a standard message that explains their late checkout is a hallway cupboard you can use, so we did take advantage of that. The location was perfect for us. Almost the center of Murano, which is quieter a lot of the time than the middle of Venice. But also easy access to the waterbus stop back to the center (plus the Alilaguna stop to the airport). There is a grocery store super close, and the gelateria around the corner in the other direction was excellent. We also visited Burano and Torcello before the rush, which we really enjoyed. Despite the property manager's lack of communication, we would stay here again if we return.

Stayed Jul 7, 2022Venice was our last stop on our 2 week tour of Italy. The property location was perfect - especially for getting to the airport early Saturday morning. We made several purchases from the shops along the canal. The property was clean and spacious. We had everything we needed for a pleasurable stay.

Stayed Mar 18, 2022We were so glad to choose this apt and location. After busy, people-dense days in Venice, Murano was a wonderful escape. The apt in very minimalistic, but clean and peaceful.
