Bright renovated apartment July 2018 near the Pineta, a few steps from the sea, the accommodation is located on the first floor of an apartment building in one of the most beautiful areas of Viareggio, Città Giardino.

The City of Viareggio is located in the heart of Versilia close to cities of art such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence and the famous Cinque Terre, all destinations easily accessible by the highway, which is located a few minutes from the apartment, which with the train (train station 10 minutes, bus stop near the house).
In addition to being known for its beaches equipped with beautiful bathing establishments, Viareggio is famous for its Carnival which takes place every year between the end of January and February.
