We were very lucky to have been hosted by Cynthia and Paola in their very lovely apartment for my family's first trip to Rome. I'll start by saying that by far, Cynthia and Paola were the most gracious, available and helpful hosts I have ever encountered on VRBO. They were in communication every step of the way to ensure a very smooth planning and check in process, offering assistance with arranging transportation and providing a great deal of helpful advice and tips, including videos and materials about Rome, places to see, places to eat, etc. They checked in frequently to make sure all was well during our stay, making me feel very comfortable that they would be available to assist with any needs while in Rome. Thank you so much! As for the apartment, you really could not find a better location, steps away from the Pantheon, and within easy walking distance of many of Rome's major attractions, situated in a lively neighborhood with many options for excellent dining. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very clean, and despite the location, very quiet and shielded from the city noise from the surrounding streets. We appreciated the small touches including espresso, snacks and even a few small gifts for our stay. I would not hesitate to book this beautiful place again or recommend it to friends.

The location is the best, many tourist sites are within walking distance. The best thing is the taxi pick up location is right out of the building which makes our trip much smoother. The apartment is clean and comfortable. They accommodate us and allow us to stay longer the day when we checkout so we don’t need to worry about dragging our luggages with us anywhere before going to train station. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Rome.

Next to the Pantheon but on the quiet side of the building, this apartment was perfect. Paula was waiting for us and even treated us to a gelato while we waited for the housekeeper to finish up. Has everything for a perfect stay in Rome. Only wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I can't say enough about the host of this property! Cynthia and Paola went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of prior to arrival and especially as we arrived. There was a major wreck in Rome that had stalled traffic for hours. Cynthia stayed in touch every step of the way and even helped us as we had to switch modes of transportation. It was so nice to have a local/host helping us through a very difficult arrival due to this wreck. Once at the property she took great care in making sure we had everything we needed. The property was beautiful and clean. Plus, the location was amazing! Stepping outside to be right in front of the Pantheon was incredible! The property was also stocked well and we slept great.

Paola and Cynthia are fantastic! Super friendly, with excellent communication throughout, including recommendations on dining, activities and more. Their apartment is central to everything, and steps from the Pantheon. My family had a very enjoyable stay. We highly recommend!

FIVE STARS ALL AROUND! This was a great find! Cynthia was so responsive and helpful prior to our trip. Offering to help arrange transportation and offering suggestions etc. Once we got there she met us at the apartment to show us around. Also, can we say location! Wowza its right by the Pantheon (literally) and just in a great location! One night we were so tired we could hardly function and Cynthia was super quick to jump in and help find us a take out spot with exactly what we were looking for.Would definitely recommend this apartment and working with Cynthia. It was super cute and an immersive experience. We felt like local Romans for the 3 days we were there!You won't regret booking this place!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We are a family of three adults and we had plenty of space to spread out. The location was perfect! The Pantheon is a block away and our hosts recommended the best restaurant we ate at while in Rome. It was a short walk to Plaza Navona and the taxi stand down the block made it easy to get anywhere. Our hosts were easily available and were waiting for us when we arrived. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This property is in a great location across from the Pantheon. The lift was greatly appreciated. The apartment was exactly as expected. All of this is great but the hosts are over the top fantastic from the first contact. Enjoy Rome!

Paola and Cynthia were extremely gracious and helpful throughout the stay. Accommodated my need for decaf coffee (Grazie!). Location is right next to the pantheon, so a bit busy outside, but very quiet inside. One thing I didn’t realize until the end of the stay was there is a taxi stand right next to the pantheon exit, which is the opposite side from the entry we used most of the trip

We had an excellent stay at the apartment and very much look forward to coming back! Great location and a lovely spacious place to come and relax!A special mention to Cynthia and Paola who made our stay extra special. Cynthia was super attentive throughout and answered any questions we had really quickly, she even helped organise a Pizza making class for us!Fantasic place to relax in an amazing location!

Hosts could not have been any nicer- great communication, very friendly and helpful. The flat location is outstanding. If you have large kids -Both of mine are 6 foot plus- the second room beds are small, and there are no windows with a view so really no natural light at all! It is a very quiet and peaceful unit even though it is next door to the Pantheon. I would stay there again

Everything was perfect. The location, the quiet property, the extra amenities (toiletries, coffee, snacks, Champagne!). We would stay again and recommend it to others. Paola was a wonderful host - checking in to see if everything was ok. And the Christmas decorations were a lovely touch!

faWonderful location, lots of bars, restaurants, grocery stores right out front. Beds were comfortable 2 bathrooms upper and lower very clean. Kitchen easy to work in, everything you need is there. Hosts Paolo & Cynthia were terrific easy to work with despite language barrier. We now have fantastic memories of Rome! Ciao!

Great location around the corner from the pantheon. Close to great restaurants, cafes and attractions. Property was spacious, clean and quiet. Paola and Cynthia were perfect hosts. Very accessible and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend.

Everything was wonderful until until Sunday morning when we didn’t realize that the half marathon was gone and we couldn’t get to the train station.

Host was amazing with their communication and hospitality! From tours, transportation and other tips. Apartment is spacious and able to accommodate 3 single persons nicely.It’s all about LOCATION! You’re not going for a room with a view, but able to walk out the front door to the majestic Pantheon. Day or night- it’s perfect.

Absolutely perfect apartment for families to stay in the heart of Rome. Steps from the Pantheon, in a safe and secure building, the owners have thought of everything to give you a comfortable stay. Great air conditioning, dishwasher, kitchen, huge bathroom with great shower and every amenity you could imagine. Highly recommend and would happily stay there again.

This stay has been our best stay in Europe since we have started traveling there in 2002. From the doorman to the management team, we have been welcomed, helped and looked after our whole stay. The apartment is ideally located, roomy, and well cared for. We felt like we were home and part of the neighborhood. We had everything we needed and then some. From the initial planning until we left, Paola and Cynthia were amazing hosts. They sent a lot of information about things to do, tourist tax info., etc. Check-in and out was easy. The apartment was great, and it had everything we needed (including slippers, which I loved!). The location was EXCELLENT! Minutes away from the Pantheon and great coffee and restaurants. We would definitely come back and stay again!

This was a great place to stay as it was right in the middle of the city near all the tourist attractions. Air conditioning and a very cold refrigerator made this a wonderful place to come home to after walking around the city.

This apartment was great, and in a great location. The hosts were fantastic and had great communication with us at all time. I would definitely rent this apartment again if I am back in Rome!

This was the perfect apartment for our family, the first leg of our Italy vacation. The Pantheon is right around the corner, which makes for a very lively neighborhood. Yet, there was no noise noted from inside the home. We stayed just 2 nights. 1 full, modern bathroom between the 2 bedrooms. For our family if 4 adults, this took a little planning. We did use the bathroom on the main level for getting ready, but there isn’t a shower there. Appreciated the espresso maker! The history in Rome is insane, and appreciated even the little statue in the inside square of the apartments. There is no window facing the outside- but a small window that opens up into the center square. Walkable to many attractions- we used uber frequently to get to Vatican, colosseum and train station. They were very quick and always friendly. Used the Farmacy just outside the apartment for some essentials, which was open late. Would stay here again!!!

The apartment is in a great location. It is centrally located across from the Pantheon and also in front of a taxi stand, which made transportation a breeze. Cynthia is a great host. She was super responsive and left plenty of extra amenities. She provided toiletries, kitchen appliances, etc. She left maps of the area, outlet converters, hair straightener, and even left cookies in the kitchen! She goes above and beyond to make the apartment super welcoming. There was plenty of space for 4 people. The air conditioning also works GREAT, which was a huge plus while we stayed in a heatwave. This is a great place to stay!

My family had a wonderful stay at this property. Cynthia and her whole team was very helpful before I arrived and always checked up on us to make sure we were having good time. Location was perfect right smack in the center of the Pantheon and within walking distance of everything. I will only stay here next time i come back to Rome.

If you’re looking for a stay that feels like you are in Rome, this is it. The building has an old-world feel and the apartment felt roomy and comfortable; a feeling you can’t find in a hotel. Plus, it’s literally next to the Pantheon! It’s full of character and history, clean and well-equipped, and you couldn’t ask for a better location in Rome. You walk out the main door and you’re looking at the Pantheon. We absolutely loved staying at this apartment—twice during our two-week trip! It’s not a brand-new, modern place, but that’s exactly what makes it so special (my understanding is that there’s only so much renovation that can be done on these historic buildings).The location is unbeatable—you’re within walking distance to everything in the historic center. The apartment was clean, well-stocked, and had exactly what we needed. The hosts were warm, responsive, and genuinely caring—it felt more like reconnecting with family than booking a stay. We’ll definitely stay here again if we return to Rome!!

This home had a good blend of feeling historic and having some modern comfort. The location in historic Rome was ideal (it was next door to the Pantheon) and the home itself was very clean. The hosts went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and full of helpful suggestions for restaurants and sights. We felt well taken care of every step of the way.

I truly loved staying at this apartment! It was a great apartment with great amenities! Nice living area to relax. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. The location was great! It was a quiet location and I was able to get a good night sleep after a full day of sight seeing. I could not have been happier about this selection. And the property owner/managers were AWESOME! Always responsive, very helpful, thoughtful and easy to communicate with.

This was our family’s second trip to Rome and we knew that we wanted to stay somewhere very convenient. I can’t say enough good things about the location of this property. The Pantheon is literally right outside the door! There is also a taxi stand 10 feet from the property.Aside from the location, the property itself is clean, quiet and well maintained. It was stocked with all the amenities that we would need and the host was great. The communication was clear and easy to understand and they made sure that we knew our way around Rome. Overall, this was a great experience that I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

Cannot say enough things about the fantastic location and cleanliness of the home, and the hospitality of the hosts (which included lovely Italian chocolates waiting for us by the coffee pot). Everything went as planned, and the hosts were super helpful with dining recommendations and transportation arrangements. The location is superb -- you can walk to all of the major attractions.

The property location is unbeatable! Paola and Cynthia were exceptional hosts, every amenity thought of and so responsive. The flat is quiet and easy to access. As mentioned, it's an inner flat, so no view of the street, but this worked great for us. Would 100% recommend!

place was great for our needs. quiet. bed was comfortable very large space (living room) bathroom etc spare bed room is small but nice to have 2nd bathroom. for me to be beside the Pantheon was fantastic. great restaurants near by. easy to get a cab etc. would go back and recommend to friends
