Neat & Tidy Private Entry Cozy Suite in Dayton Area with a Dedicated AC

Everything was very nice and comfortable. Very close to shopping with large variety of restaurants. Room was very clean, in a beautiful safe neighborhood.

We loved our stay here. The double vanity is a major bonus if you both need to do your makeup!

We made a roundtrip and this was, especially when it comes to cleanness and comfort, by far our favorite (it is literally neat and tidy :) ). The accomodation is in a nice quiet neighborhood. On top there are some kinds of snacks prepared. That rounded it up. When we come back to the Dayton area this will be the first place we'll want to stay.

I was in town for a professional conference. The owner was excellent and timely with communication. The suite is very nice and the owner provided wonderful amenities. Internet was fantastic and much needed as this was a work-related trip. The neighborhood was very quiet, bed was comfortable and it could not have been a better experience staying at this property.

This is an ensuite bedroom with a private entrance. It is clean, well maintained and quiet. The bedding is nice and the towels are thick and absorbent. There is a kitchenette that includes a small refrigerator, microwave and a combo (choose grounds or pod)coffee maker. The hosts have added a few light snacks as well as several coffee pods. What a nice touch!

Everything was clean and as described. Snacks and water in the fridge were a nice touch. Easily accessible, great location, comfortable bed. In sum, great stay!

A good place for the money!

The rental was very clean and the location was in a quiet neighborhood perfect for walking our dog. We were in town visiting family in the area, and the rental had very convenient access to major interstates. The host was very friendly and prompt in communicating with us.
