Excellent place , clean,quiet, close everything and the owner are friendly end very professional. Going to Venice that’s the place to stay.

This was a great central spot to stay. Hosts were very helpful. Very roomy. Definitely would stay here again.

Very nice, clean place and the host was great, helped us with restaurant suggestions and local attractions. Also had small washing machine with clothes line.

Nice apartment in the middle of city center. Right below are a lots shops, restaurants, and bakeries. Fabulous location, comfortable beds and space. Loved having a seperate room from my kids. It was a great stay.

I can not recommend this apartment enough! It was an easy walk from the train station, perfect two bedroom apartment with all we needed for a wonderful stay. The local was excellent and the amazing restaurant underneath was the icing on the cake. The host was very friendly and easy to deal with from start to finish.

So clean and apartment was cozy and modern! The property manager and owner were so accommodating! Love this place excellent highly recommended ..Inwill be back! Excellent rating!

Our experience began with our initial booking and the prompt, helpful replies from the owner. Luciano was able to answer all our questions about the unit and the area. We did arrive late on a feast day so we did not have anybody present for check in but that did not matter as we were in constant communication with the owner and we were able to find the keys easily. The unit was quiet and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom was a bit small but very clean. Beds were comfortable. The location was perfect as it was within a 10-15 minute walk from St. Mark’s square. Many restaurants and cafes within minutes in all directions. The area was reasonably quiet at night. I would definitely recommend this unit for any family with teenaged children. May not be the best unit for those with mobility issues as there are multiple stairs and no lift. Thank you again to Luciano for helping make our Venice stay even more enjoyable!

We were told multiple times it was very important to keep Irene up to date on our travel and arrival plans - which we did- from the time we left Florence - when stopped to use the restrooms we updated - when we got on the bus and again on the water bus only to be told she was busy with other clients and to go and eat and wait for her which we did not want to do with all of our luggage so we walked to the apartment and waited on the step foe her which was a total of 50 Minutes past our arrival and our check in time. Otherwise we enjoyed the location and the restaurant right there was our favorite we ate at and we enjoyed the pastry and coffee shops just a few feet away! The A/C worked well and the fans in the bedroom were welcome sights. The apartment itself was good but the check in process was not.

This place was awesome! We loved the location and the old world charm of the apartment. It is spacious and well appointed. The owner and greeter were very kind and attentive to our delay in arrival due to the Trenitalia train strike. We enjoyed coming home to this cool old place in the heart of Venice. We would definitely stay here again!

The communication was excellent! We felt very well supported before and during our stay. The appartment was well clean, pretty, well equipped and located in a small lane just around nice Cafés and shops.

We had a fantastic stay...the apartment was perfect -- well equipped, and the air conditioning was nice and cool, considering the unusually warm October weather! Great location...would definitely stay here again!

Over all our stay was good , great location close to everything, the only thing I would say is they have to replace the small appliances and the fridge has to be updated or defrosted , but again a great location

We loved the comfortable apartment and amenities which made our three-night stay in Venice so pleasant. The location was terrific; we walked everywhere and really enjoyed the restaurants and shops in our area.
