Near French quarter nice two bedroom +

The stay was good, the property needs better wash clothes, dishes, and house hold supplies. The beds were comfortable and the sapce was great. Overall good stay.

This was my first vacation with my fiancé. We had a great time in New Orleans. We have the downstairs apartment which looks just like the pictures on the website. Everything was clean the area that we stayed in was close to everything I would say using the Wi-Fi was somewhat problematic because there were multiple people inside trying to use at the same time, but only one connect at a time also two of the beds were somewhat uncomfortable, but for the most part, it was a very comfortable and clean living space

Overall

We enjoyed the stay (3 adults). It is close to the French Quarter, after driving in New Orleans traffic we decided to Uber it the rest of the time!! Facilities were good, Kitchen is lacking but he is working on it and when we asked for ANYTHING he was very responsive. Very nice feature.We stayed in an upstairs unit and the stairs are very steep and long, 14 steps, would not recommend if you have any mobility issues. The 33 years old with us didn't have any problems. But he also has a downstairs unit

Overall the stay was nice & we enjoyed the property. There's a small park across the way and upon arrival got to take in a softball game from the front porch.

Location was a bit of a surprise overall everything was good

The property was not at all like descin listing. I contaed the owned and no response. We ended up getting a different rental and not even using this one.

The house was spotlessly clean and everything worked. It had everything that we needed, but it was shabbier than the pictures showed it to be. The neighborhood was a little sketchy and not walking distance to any restaurants or shopping. We were a bit afraid to walk around at night. But it was a short drive to the things we wanted to see and do. We never saw our host but he was very quick to respond and help. It was good value but if you are older, it is not easy getting up all those stairs with your luggage. Also, the train is noisy at night and we could hear people through the walls in other apartments. Overall, I would recommend it but know what you are getting.

Myself and a few family members were visiting NOLA for the first time and needed a place to stay that was close to the french quarter but also reasonably priced. This place was perfect, nothing fancy or over the top but quite enough when you’re out all day. It is a lot bigger than expected too which was nice. The communication with the owner was easy and quick as well.

We had an incredible experience staying at this the property was exactly as described, well-maintained. The host was friendly, responsive

I cannot complain about the stay Everything was great peaceful quiet, clean. The service was wonderful.

House was pretty accurate in the description. Beds were comfortable. Space was big enough for all of us. Neighborhood was a little sketchy looking but was safe. We did not have hot water in the kitchen.

The location is very close to the bus stop for traveling around town. I'd recommend looking into Le Pass and their Jazzy pass for convenience. The back room was quite warm and didn't really cool off much, and one of the smoke detectors kept chirping, which was mentioned to the owner, but overall, the stay was enjoyable.
