Stayed Jun 18, 2024This was the perfect place for me and my husband. Like staying in a tiny house! We had everything we needed. Just a short walk to the beach and was nice to be able to walk into town and grab a bite to eat and shop. Will certainly be staying there again. Folly Beach is beautiful.

Stayed Mar 5, 2025This is a very compact space with limited storage space. It is close to the beach but may need car or golf cart to get to restaurants if you have limited mobility. Unfortunately, it rained often during my stay which limited my use of outside amenities and space.

Stayed Dec 31, 2024As a Charleston local, Folly beach is one of our favorite spots. The Itty Shack was not only adorable, but well stocked and clean. We were able to conveniently walk to restaurants and the beach. The off street parking was also a huge bonus. Katt was very responsive and helpful, which added to a great staycation! We’ll definitely be back!

Stayed Sep 15, 2024At the beach, all I need is a place to lay my head and take a shower! This place is perfect! Easy access to the beach, very clean, great parking for one car, close to the fun and food. Very comfy bed.The outside shower was a plus for coming off the beach too. It was a great time and will visit again! Oh, and I briefly met the hostess and she was super nice!!

Stayed Aug 31, 2024My husband and I stayed here for a week after Labor Day. It was exactly as described and had a lot of amenities for a micro unit. It was only a 1 minute walk to the beach and was very convenient that the host provided beach chairs and towels. The unit was very clean and there was a cute sitting area outside. The bathroom could use a shelf, but that is not really a complaint. Large TV, comfy bed (which is raised to store your luggage - very helpful), all in all great place. Host was very responsive.
