Stayed Mar 6, 2025I love the location, pool, fishing, pickleball courts, screen in porch. Second year at this unit and hopefully coming back. Only dislikes are bath fan doesn’t work and for longer stays it needs a full size refrigerator

Stayed Feb 15, 2025worst rental ever. NOT king bed; NOT queen sofa—none at all; NOT step in shower—dangerous tub entry shower; NOT dining table; NOT office; refrigerator was a mini-not as pictured in photo. NOT near naples pier or beaches—20 miles away. NOT amenities—no restaurant, pool unheated, unable to find the laundry. No lockbox. EVOLVE was responsive, but property people could have cared less. Limited towels and one washcloth; Dog in residence across the hall! Recpommend avoiding this place—not as advertised!!

Stayed Jan 29, 2025Rental stated King bed & sleeper sofa sleeps 4. In reality it’s a double bed & there wasn’t a couch at all. Complete empty space! Sleeps barely 2. This rental had a lockbox for key w/ code that didn’t work. Got in by a key from resort manager. This unit provided 2 bath towels only & 1 washcloth! Multiple attempts to contact Evolve thru VRBO with NO response or support! Zero customer support!! We had to leave our sliding glass door open to get into building w/o a keycard. Worst rental experience ever!!
