Music Row Stay – 8 Mins to Broadway/Free Parking-1

Clean and accurate to listing. In a good location, about 10 minutes by car to broadway. The only thing was our parking lot was small, and we had two larger vehicles, therefore it got pretty tight trying to park and get in and out. But street parking out front was great when we needed it

Great value and lots of space! Off the beaten path and it felt good to go home each day. Grab a $10 Lyft from downtown and give yourself the extra space on your trip.

Don’t book for 6! This house was absolutely beautiful and very clean. However, it did not sleep 6 comfortably. I thought the 3rd bed would be a pull out sofa but it is a modular sofa with room for 1 to sleep comfortably. We arrived to the door wide open at night which was disconcerting. There were only 5 pillows on site even though I clearly stated we had 6 people. The host did deliver an extra towel and pillow the next day. We did one load of laundry because we had a spill in the car and ended up having to run the dryer for 3 cycles to get the clothes dry. If I had been aware of the reality of the sleeping accommodations I would not have booked this for my family of 6. Even as a girl’s trip, I wouldn’t recommend this for more than 4 people. Parking was easy. It was close to Vanderbilt. The towels and linens smelled amazing and the entire place felt very clean.

Broken shower door, missing silverware basket in dishwasher, plastic glasses in kitchen look very used, no laundry detergent

Space was clean and allowed us to spread out when needed but also provided great seating areas and an in unit washing machine.

Perfect location, very clean apartment, easy parking. Coffee just a short walk down the street! Would stay again!!

We stayed here in August for move-in and it was perfect so booked again for move-out. The place has a lot of room, comfortable beds, a great shower and is close to Belmont & Vanderbilt. The outdoor space is a great place to work or just sit and read on the porch swing. Thank you for another wonderful stay, we will be back.

We stayed here for our daughter’s college move-in at Belmont. It was a perfect location for walking to campus and to the Hillsboro neighborhood. We felt very safe and it was a very nice neighborhood. The kitchen is perfect for small groups and the bedrooms were comfortable. We spent time out front for meals & read books on the swing out back. Parking is great as well, there is room for 2 cars out back and street parking out front as well
