Stayed Nov 14, 2025It was a nice clean room. Upon arrival, everything seemed great. However, the highway next to the garage door type window made sleep impossible. The bedroom window let in noise as well. There could be a wonderful place with a little noise abatement work. I would think that the street facing rooms would be fine, the street seems quiet.

Stayed Nov 1, 2025Building and apartment were clean, well stocked and easy to access. Short scooter or bike ride into downtown. Really cool industrial vibe with an interior garage door that opens for a large window.

Stayed Aug 6, 2024The property was very clean and centrally located to downtown Nashville. Only complaint we had was a lack of parking but the parking garage does have a discount available that made it cheaper than most lots.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024The host (Miguel) was very accommodating with some pure-arrival requests, which was very appreciated. It IS right next to the highway, so the other comments about noise are true, but earplugs were supplied and worked fine. DO NOT GO OVER THE HIGHWAY ON THE WALKING BRIDGE! Nasty neighborhood
