The location of this apartment could not be more convenient, it is in the centre of Vilamoura with only a 2 minute walk to the beach and the marina. The 2 bedroom apartment is on the 4th floor of the luxury complex of Moura Praia which has a gated entrance and security.

The apartment is comfortable, well furnished and decorated. The kitchen is fully fitted and bright and airy. The lounge has plenty of seating with 2 comfortable large settees while in the dining area there is seating for 6. There is a balcony off the lounge with patio table and chairs with sea view. The lawned gardens and swimming pool are totally private for the residents and guests.

At the marina, which is one of the largest in Europe, there are many international restaurants and bars for you to choose from as you watch the yachts in their moorings bob up and down with the tide.

Application of the Municipal Tourist Tax (City Tax):
Exemptions from the Municipal Tourist Tax (City Tax): Guests under the age of 16 (sixteen), excluding the birthday date. Guests who fall ill during their stay or are subject to a physical impediment, requiring inpatient medical care, as well as in cases of force nature, natural disasters, or other similar situations.

Tax Amount:

From 1st April to 31st October, the municipal tourist tax is €2.00 per person, per night.

From 1st November to 31st March, the base amount of the municipal tourist tax (City Tax) is €1.00 per person, per night.

The tax applies for a maximum of 5 nights per person.
The payment of the municipal tourist tax (City Tax) by the guest will be made at the check in.
