Mountain view l DT SLC-Gym-Free Parking-Pool Table

Amy was prompt with contacting me when I needed it. There was a hiccup with check in (room wasn’t ready when we arrived around 6 and weren’t able to get into our room until pretty late so the cleaners could tidy up the place, a little after 10.). We realize things happen and were able to keep busy while we waited. The navigation to the apartments were a little confusing; there was construction on the west side so the only way in was on the east side and the actual name of the apartments is Lattice (not posted any where on the listing). The instructions to gain entry were a tad outdated as well but we figured it out. The room itself was a little smaller than I thought it’d be but it was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed. One suggestion for the room itself would be to add another lamp that has a little better lighting and curtains or darker shades to block out the light. Parking was great; there was plenty of room and it was included. The location was close to a lot of the attractions we went to. And there were a variety of restaurants to choose from. The gym was pretty awesome as well, with a lot of options from cardio equipment, dumbbells, a squat rack, variety of machines, very spacious and temperature regulated (it’s on the 13th floor). Overall, a good experience :)

Clean and cozy studio apartment. Amy was very responsive to any questions and needs. I felt safe in the room. It is close to alot of great coffee, food, the tram (though the area is very walkable).

The host was welcoming and quick to reply to any needs.

Starting with the obvious. SLC, it's going to be great. This location was great. Close to downtown and tourist area, everything was accessible. Close to interstate made it easy to get anywhere, but it still was a safe area. I'm a runner and i had a lot of options right out the door. Unit was small but well appropriated and just perfect for me. Especially when you look out the window (ie, one entire wall) and look at the sunset and mountains. The bed was very comfortable with 4 high quality pillows. Stand out info... the 13th floor is all common space with an inspiring gym. 360views!! Communication with Amy also put this as a stand out. She quickly answered all my questions. Thanks, Amy, hope to be back soon

My wife and I really enjoyed our two week stay here. Great location. The top floor common area, workspace, gym and views are excellent. Everything was clean and functionally. While the apartment is small I’d didn’t feel cramped. We plan to stay here again.

Spent 2 nights at this location in downtown SLC with free parking. Host communicated well with good instructions ( note you have to put in unit number then the building code to enter the building). Clean and well furnished for my needs. First time on a memory foam mattress. It was nice and slept well.

Other than the address not being correct everything else was excellent

Loved staying in such a convenient downtown location. All building personnel were kind and friendly. Top floor gym was extremely well appointed with weights and machines - the view made it a gorgeous place to get that workout in!

would stay again.

Perfect for couple. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. All the right amenities. Only request if you like it dark when you sleep is to have dark curtains.

Quick work trip in SLC and this place was in a perfect location and exactly what we needed!
