Mojacar: Homely Apartment

The apartment is roughly a 4 minute walk to the beach and some amazing restaurants plus a few boutiques. It’s off of the main playa road which makes it exceptionally peaceful. I couldn't have wished for a better location.To be honest, the online pictures don’t do it justice. It’s wonderfully spacious, clean and is well equipped to cook a Christmas roast. There are immaculately clean bedding and towels and the shower room, which has recently been modernised, is tres chic. Lots of hot and cold water with really good pressure.Luisa the owner is great. She speaks most languages and text me with easy to follow directions and followed up to ensure I’d arrived safely. She even gave some recommendations of places to eat and advised me to visit the Pueblo to view the incredible Christmas lights. Just stunning. Throughout my stay Luisa answered all of my questions and replied super quickly by text.Ultimately, a brilliant accommodation during the winter months with pretty good weather, lots of walking, if like me that’s your thing. Great eateries, no car required and above all a relaxing and easy place to spend time. Thank you Luisa x

Property as described in a quiet area with a lovely sea view from the balcony. Plenty of parking spaces outside and for more busy periods there is a dedicated underground car park.

We were delighted to see that Luisa's Mojacar apartment was exactly as the description presented.Clean and bright, all facilities were good, bedrooms , bathroom, small kitchenette,lounge and fabulous private patio balcony.The complex is well manged,very quite as in September there are not many full time residents.Parking is easy 20 yards from the front door, but busy in main season.The view into the lush garden and pool area sets off the mood ...it's an enclosed haven.Simply a very relaxing place to chill in the morning, or evening the balcony is the heart of the place.Just a few minutes stroll down into the front Playas of Mojacar, bars, beaches, buses , and restaurants too many to mention.So much choice. A perfect place for a family to stay, old or young,we found It peaceful,and perfect for a two week holiday.Be aware the balcony has no high walls or any barrier so care needed with toddlers ! A nice apartment in an attractive complex with a lovely pool set within a tropical garden. Essential air con and ceiling fans to help with the intense heat. Lovely sea view from balcony. Pool never over- crowded and lots of shady areas available in garden. However, lots of noise from street- rowdy groups of young people passing by- late evening and early morning. Mojacar pueblo lovely and atmospheric- lots of nice restaurants and cats! Mojacar Playa attractive to those who like more of a night club environment. Not so appealing to those who wish for a quieter, more low key atmosphere. The beaches are nice and clean and expansive: not over- crowded.

A pleasant and well-equipped apartment in a small block with a super swimming pool set in secluded gardens. The nearest beach is a 7 minute walk and there are many restaurants and bars within 10 minutes. If you are energetic, there are also pleasant walks from the apartment to the hills above Mojacar, with some outstanding views. We would be happy to stay here again.
