Modern Townhome blocks away from Camden Yards

Great location, close to Camden Yards for a game!

Modern styled townhouse, ample bedrooms and bathrooms. Some minor wear and tear, but it served it's purpose. A phone book or list of restaurants, fast food shops in the area would have been helpful.

Facilities were great

Very accurate description, charming historic townhome and, as others have mentioned, having a bathroom for each bedroom is fantastic. We had not trouble with parking.

Great place for a boys trip to Baltimore for a lacrosse tournament. Not the greatest neighborhood, but it was a safe walk back-and-forth to the inner harbor. The place itself was very comfortable and the check in, check out procedure was seamless. I would recommend.

Great neighborhood, very nice accomodations. Only 2 issues: sofa bed is completely unusable. Second issue: despite all the warnings about breaking blinds, they literally fell down with a small amount of wind one evening.

My sons & I stayed chose this townhouse within walking distance to Camden Yards to watch our KC Royals play the Orioles. It was very enjoyable & convenient with a bathroom attached to each bedroom. We enjoyed going up on the roof to view the stadiums & city from up high. Beautiful townhouse!

Enjoyed it, easy access and shirt walks to where we needed to go.

The property location is walking distance from many places to eat and entertainment. The sports stadiums are well within walking distance and so much more just a short drive away. Parking during events is limited to one hour and made parking a little challenging, but payed parking is available if needed.

We were really only at the house to sleep, we flew into BWI to meet my husband whos on the east coast for work. Close enough to uber to inner harbor easily, 15 min to the airport. Host gave a ton of helpful info upon our arrival day, we never had any issues where we had to reach out. Can be pretty loud outside late into the night with traffic and people, but thats the city for you..cant really do anything about that

My sister, nephew and I were spending Christmas with relatives who live in the Baltimore area. The townhouse we rented was a conveniently located, three bedroom, three bath home that gave each of us our own space. It was updated with modern touches and some Baltimore charm.The host was responsive when we had a question and addressed our concerns in a timely fashion.Overall we had a good time in pleasant, well kept surroundings.

The stay was pleasant, the surrounding neighborhood was nice. There are two things customers should be advised of about this property ahead of time or in the listing 1- parking there is none & you will have to pay. 2- the stairs to get up to the living space they are long and winding difficult or impossible for the handicapped, elderly or anyone who has difficulty with stairs.

We really only slept there. But the home was well maintained and comfortable

overall very good. It was a little farther from the Convention center than hoped. The walk was though the area known as Pigs Town. As far was Baltimore goes, it was pretty decent. There was a nice breakfast place, a nice sandwich shop, and an all-night quickie store very close by. Still, it was a bit of a hike, through a neighborhood with an occasional homeless person and drunkard. The property manager was very responsive and everything with the house went as hoped-for.

Very nicely located, clean home with spacious bedrooms. I stayed here for a weekend away with friends and we appreciated the comfortable couch and the abundant sleeping arrangements and bathrooms, as well as the included basics (dish soap, dish sponge, shampoo, salt and pepper, etc.). The property could use a few cosmetic upgrades and there are not enough bowls/plates, so we had to order in instead of making dinner as we had planned. The neighborhood is safe and walkable; we did a number of nice walks to the Inner Harbor, which took 20-30 minutes. Overall a very solid rental for the price, but would need some upgrades and much more dishware to merit a 5-star review. Property owner was very responsive during the stay, but took a few days to get back to me when I sent any messages before our scheduled stay. Overall a good place for a short weekend gathering, just missing a few things to be comfortable for longer than that.

Some missing items: pot holders; dish towels insufficient number of plates, and forks; a great array of utensils; Cookie tray would be nice; hooks for clothing in the bathroom are essential; check out the lights and remotes; clean rugs and discard dining chairs as filthy; loved the space and location. it is Highly recommended otherwise.

All met or exceeded expectations. Great place to stay for an Oriole’s or Raven’s game. Perfect!

Stay was as advertised.

Walked to Orioles game in minutes. Lovely decor, great location, awesome old building feeling. Highly recommend. Only issue is we had to seek out the directions for entry. We had been overlooked and didn’t get the information until I called.

Property was very nice. Only suggestion would be providing dining place settings sufficient for occupancy. I understand ceiling fans may be problematic in older homes but a couple pedestal fans would be beneficial. I would stay again when in Baltimore.

This listing was exactly as described. It was clean and charming to this Texas family. Great stay!

Loved that each of the 3 bedrooms came with a bathroom. Large kitchen and living room area made it nice to visit with family.
