Property was beautifully decorated, cleaned, and accommodated for this type of stay. Highly recommend!

Well thought out floor plan using optimum space for location of bed, coach recliner, TV and bathroom . Shower was fine with good water pressure. Great fenced in area for dogs to lounged. Nice and clean and located well within Grand Junction for getting to any location relatively fast.

Very comfortable bed. Great having a yard for the dog.

Nicely updated unit. Liked that you could walk to Spoons for a nice dinner. Would have preferred a larger refrigerator and table for eating. Also, no place to sit in the back yard.

Justin was easy to work with and very accommodating. The studio was well suited for what we needed and worked out perfectly. If we ever need to stay again would definitely stay here again. Thanks again!

Good space, loved that it was dog friendly even though I ended up not bringing the pups! Good distance from everything, easy to get back on the highway for the rest of my trip

This was perfect for us. We were in town for a wedding weekend. It was so convenient to everything we needed and very quiet neighborhood. The air conditioner was cold, the couch was nice and comfortable as well as the bed. We loved the carport and porch swing. We did not bring our little dog this stay but she would have had a perfect fenced yard. It was definitely well stocked and very clean. We needed to extend our stay by a night and the host responded quickly and was able to set us up. Would love to stay here again !!!

Absolutely the cutest rental ! Very close to where I needed to be! Clean and safe area ! The host was awesome communicated well with me ! Check in and out was a breeze! Definitely want to stay here again!

I loved staying in this little space. It was so quiet that I sat down to watch some television and fell asleep on the couch all night....both nights. I forgot my door code and had to bother the owner. They were not annoyed with me when I remembered it after I reached out to them. Oops. Very friendly owner, very quiet space, very clean and safe neighborhood. I am a female traveling alone and felt very safe in this space. Loved the porch swing, too. Highly recommended for 1 or 2 adults.

only suggestion: a rug inside the door. Rain/water standing in the carport was very messy given frequent 'in/out', and of course, the dog. Russ

Great location, easy access to a number of spots in GJ. The studio has a small yard and a nice walking path behind it which made it perfect for our elderly dog. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay!

Property is as advertised! It sits on a corner lot on a very quiet residential street. Sits adjacent to a small park and an amazing breakfast place. It's located within 5 min of CMU and made college move in day incredibly easy. Loved the car port and swing. Loved the green tea pods, and how spacey the studio was (it's big!!). Many cute details from the bathrobes, toiletries to the kitchen. Will be back again!
